    Welcome back!
    Kaspersky's Unlimited VPN is *included* in the Kaspersky Premium subscription, you've already paid for it.  The Unlimited VPN subscription entitles the subscriber to Unlimited VPN on however many devices the subscription covers - however - all other Account users on the subscription get Standard/Free VPN, not Unlimited. As you have a Unlimited VPN subscription, you can use it or not, it's your choice, if there's problems you can always reach out to the Community or to Kaspersky Customer Service.  There's many different type of tags, with different purposes, tags - here in the Community, when someone prefixes your profile with an @ symbol, the @ creates a hyperlink to your name/profile & you'll be notified of the comment (if you have notifications on).  Thank you🙏

    Thank you for posting back & the information!
    Kaspersky Total Security comes with Free/Standard VPN, not Unlimited, *upgraded* subscriptions are on a like for like basis, so KTS *upgraded* to Plus = the AV, Free/Standard VPN, Kaspersky Premium Password Manager & Premium Kaspersky Safe Kids (for 1 year). 
    A *new* Kaspersky Plus OR Kaspersky Premium subscription has Kaspersky Premium Unlimited VPN. 
    Because you have an *upgraded* subscription, for 847 days & it never would include the Premium Unlimited VPN & to solve the issue you've encountered - it would be better to *additionally* purchase the stand-alone: Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection: https://www.kaspersky.ca/vpn-secure-connection. 
    Also, read: https://www.kaspersky.ca/vpn-secure-connection#subscription. 
    IF you do decide to purchase the standalone VPN, in our opinion it would be best to uninstall the existing VPN, however, don't do that at this stage, if you're going to do that post back so we can step you thru it please?
    Even the Free/Standard VPN should have the Websites option, which leads us to think there's an issue with the install.

    So, in relation to 3. even tho you say - "this is accurate" - the VPN *in use* on 2/5 devices is the *original* Premium VPN subscription - correct?  In our opinion, the original Unlimited VPN subscription will update to the *new* Unlimited VPN subscription, in 14 days time - when the *original* VPN subscription *expires*.  Our next question would be, is there a problem waiting for the 14 days? Sorry for the question, it's not clear why forfeit 14 days or why this is an issue (apart from the fact that there's more devices to protect)?  IF it is a problem, Kaspersky Customer Service are the people to help you, on the support page: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select either Chat or Email, then fill in Installation issues, Other template - see image below; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history: Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

    👉Please share the *full* OS build number, (sadly it's not captured by Kaspersky, in the Customer Service window of the GUI) -> type Winver in the Windows Search field, run the applet for the result please?  *Just as a test*, change the Update schedule to 3 hourly, make sure you save & confirm the change - then shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login, make sure KSOS is active - monitor for 12 to 24 hrs to see if these 3hr updates *automatically* run? Read & follow: General recommendations for solving database update issues in Kaspersky applications.  Read & follow: Update Issues checklist by (past) Moderator Richbuff. When Kaspersky Small Office Security was uninstalled, were *all* Saving data for future use check-boxes - excluding the Activation code / License key - cleared = *all* check boxes blanked out?  IF 'no', please redo the *uninstall*, follow these steps: a. Export & save Kaspersky Small Office Security config. 
    b. Uninstall KSOS, clear *all* Saving data for future use check boxes *except* Saving License/Activation code - allow the uninstall to complete. 
    c. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login.
    d. Download a new KSOS installer.
    e. Install & configure KSOS - do not import the *original config atm*
    f. Run a manual Database update. 
    g. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login.
    h. Monitor for the original issue? IF it resolves & *if* you wish, import the original config & again monitor for the original issue, if the original issue repeats it would suggest the original config may be the root cause - in which case repeat the steps up to h. & do not *import* the original config. 
    👉IF you get to step h. & it's *prior* to importing the config & the issue remains unresolved, log a case with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Database update issues, Automatic/scheduled update does not start template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you. 

    Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

     Kaspersky Support are referring to (your) installed Kaspersky software = Kaspersky Anti-Virus - when you open the GUI, in the bottom left-hand-corner, there's a Settings/Gear⚙ icon & a Headset🎧icon:
    Select Headset🎧 In the Customer Service screen, scroll down to & select Support tools In the Support Tools screen, scroll down to & select - Delete all service data & reports, select Confirm, to confirm the deletion of the reports

    Welcome back!
    Select the headset on the application GUI, which opens the Customer Service window, the License Key is the first entry.  In the application GUI, select your email address, in the Profile page, select the Kaspersky application Details tab - the Subscription details window will open, showing the License key. In your MyKaspersky account, go to Subscriptions tab, select the relevant Kaspersky subscription, scroll down to & select Additional info, the License key is listed in the fourth field.  Thank you🙏

    In a nutshell: Kaspersky is *not* designed to *follow* defender rules -  not *yours*, nor anyone else's - Kaspersky takes OVER in totality, when it's installed. When & IF Kaspersky is *not* working, defender kicks back in.... End of story!
    @harlan4096 explained this on the 22nd of December, 2023. 
    IF (you're) so keen to use defender, it may have been better to use Kaspersky Free, get the AV & no Kaspersky Firewall.  
    Moderators can elect to 'close' a topic - they have many reasons/options to do so. 
    Community users - otoh may select 'Best answer' to any Reply - even a reply made by the author of the topic = you - that  changes the status of the topic to Solved.

    Ok, so how to explain this, it's a little complicated, if we are not clear please ask questions: 
    Kaspersky Total Security is from Kaspersky's original software range, the software that is installed on MAC & Android, for that subscription is Kaspersky Internet Security.  Kaspersky Anti-Virus, Kaspersky Internet Security, Kaspersky Total Security & Kaspersky Security Cloud (Kaspersky's *old* software) have all been replaced by Kaspersky's *new* range: Kaspersky: Standard, Plus, Premium - Bilgi ve SSS - eventually the *old* range will reach end-of-life, Kaspersky have not yet announced an end date.  For the Kaspersky Internet Security for macOS® - which you've  been trying to install, it shows: 2021 Edition; macOS: Monterey (12), Big Sur (11), Catalina (10.15), Mojave (10.14), however, the documentation shows: KIS 21 for Mac, Donanım ve yazılım gereksinimleri: 10.14, 10.15, 11, 12, or 13 - *bottom line* - we think (your) system needs the *new* software: Kaspersky for Mac, Donanım ve yazılım gereksinimleri.  So, you please need to contact Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/tr/b2c/tr, on the support page, select Email, then fill in Setup problems, Error: Installation files source is not accessible template, please include any screen images of the error & a *detailed history*. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you. Note, after sending the  email, you will receive an automated email with an Incident reference number, beginning with INC000, then within 3 to 5 business days - a Kaspersky support person, will contact you, also by email. Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

    We made a follow up with Kaspersky Customer Service, they said:  
    We can add 30 days or below to the new license, however, since the current subscription is valid until October 2024, Kaspersky Customer Service have refer it to the experts.
    AND, if the existing subscription & the *new* subscription are *different*, again, the Kaspersky subscriber (you) needs to log a case with Kaspersky Customer Service, so they can refer it to the experts, noting, they do not categorically state they will add the *new* 2 year, Premium subscription, to the existing days of the Standard subscription *but* the only option the consumer has is to contact: Kaspersky Customer Service, otherwise, you will have two *active* subscriptions -> as we previously stated in our first reply:

    1. Check Windows to see if there's any outstanding Updates/patches? 
    2. Sign into (your) MyKaspersky account & confirm the KTS activation code is stored in the Subscription tab? 
    4. Create a System restore point. 
    5. Using *normal* Windows uninstall steps - uninstall KTS - then SHUTOWN the computer, using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power on by Pressing the Power button, login. 
    6. Follow directions *make sure* KAVREMOVER is run as Admin  - using SAFEMODE, UNINSTALL KTS *again* -> then SHUTDOWN the computer, using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, - revert to NORMAL mode & login. 
    7. Download a new KTS exe: Kaspersky Total Security for Windows®
    8. Install KTS, follow:  How to install the application. 
    9. Recheck? 
    10. IF the issue persists, using normal Windows uninstall steps - uninstall KTS - then SHUTOWN the computer, using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power on by Pressing the Power button, login. 
    11. Install Kaspersky PLUS (free upgrade), refer Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T.

    The instructions above from the Virus Lab do not require any further use of KOTIP.
    The PDM Report, the executable & the log files all need to go to Kaspersky's Virus Lab experts -> via Kaspersky Customer Service, ask them to send it to the Virus Lab, provide the following in the submission:
    Include the URL for this topic. The databases update date in the Kaspersky application? Any malware - zip it & protect it with a password - use either MALWARE OR INFECTED & make sure (you) tell support the password. Fill in the template as follows:  When you get a result from the Virus Lab, please share the outcome with the Community?

    You can purchase a two year Kaspersky Premium subscription - from Kaspersky, you will only ever get one year of Kaspersky Safe Kids subscription -> see image
    👉The KSK term is not specified, before purchasing from Amazon, we recommend you seek clarification, from the Amazon merchant.  Make sure Kaspersky Premium is available in (your) region, if purchasing from Amazon.  Kaspersky Premium includes Unlimited VPN, for the Subscriber account *only*, all other User accounts receive Standard/Free VPN on the Kaspersky Premium subscription.  Thank you🙏
