Some websites block access when using the VPN

I have checked in the Kaspersky VPN settings if a trusted website can be added as an exception to enable access without having to deactivate the VPN, to no avail. Is there a method to access websites that otherwise block access to customers using a VPN?

1. Do you mean for the VPN to continue to run & at the same time the website to be accessed ignoring the VPN - read:  How to configure VPN for a selected website, to see if this helps?
