    Welcome!
    Yes *but* a few days in advance of the expiration of the trial period, you will receive a reminder about subscription renewal. If you do not cancel your Kaspersky Plus Trial subscription during the trial period, after the trial period expires, the subscription is automatically renewed for the next period. That means the next period is a paid subscription period unless you cancel.  To cancel, you need to contact Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - on the support page, fill in the template as shown in the image 
    -> then uninstall expired Kaspersky Plus Trial. -> Reboot the computer.  -> Download & install Kaspersky Free: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/free-antivirus.  Thank you🙏

    We did not check on a *cell phone* & we're not going to, we've already confirmed there is nothing wrong with the Netbanking link & you reported the original issue as "X declined as the card expired", nothing to do with payment methods missing.

    Don't use the Where is my device options - you could accidently trigger an alert on her phone & lock her out or disable her phone & it's not an effective tool for the purpose. 
    Use Kaspersky Safe Kids Location monitoring - that allows parents to see where their child/children are: Child location monitoring 
        
    Location monitoring is available in the premium version of Kaspersky Safe Kids on your child's Android and iOS devices with a GPS module and Internet connection.
    It's advisable to let your child know you are monitoring her.

    Yes, the email is legitimate. Occasionally Kaspersky's records may be outdated, if you've just made a purchase of Kaspersky software - Kaspersky is asking you to verify your details, 
    They write it as follows: What to do in case of payment issues when buying a license or subscription? 
    5th dot point in the list: 
    If after completing the purchase you received a request for additional information, for example, a photo of your ID, then you have entered some details incorrectly. Please provide the required additional information or make another order with correct details.

    The default setting is 30 days, once deleted those logs cannot be retrieved. 
    Please read: Reports and Quarantine settings
    In the Reports section, you can configure the settings for report creation and storage.
    Store reports no longer than
    If this check box is selected, reports are deleted after the specified length of time. Reports can be stored for one day, one week, one or six months, or one year.
    When the specified value is reached, the application deletes all report entries older than the specified number of days minus 10%. If you enter a value of 30 days, whenever an event older than 30 days occurs in the report, all events that have been stored for more than 27 days are deleted from the report.
    If this check box is cleared, the storage duration for reports is unlimited.

    (ioo) - that's often true.  Has the rarely used Laptop, that Kaspersky Plus Smart Home Monitor is detecting as "Kaspersky found an unknown device in the network" - been given a *proper* name in the Kaspersky Plus Smart Home Monitor?  Does the rarely used Laptop, that Kaspersky Plus  Smart Home Monitor - is detecting as "Kaspersky found an unknown device in the network" - have a *proper* name - in (your) MyKaspersky account?   IF the answer to 2. is 'No' - *manually* - in Kaspersky Plus, Smart Home Monitor - rename the Latop from unknown to the name in (your) MyKaspersky account: How to change the device name.

    Sounds as if you have some work to do! Does Windows Update History show 'Successfully installed' for *all* updates?  You need to monitor for this in case it happens again & see (A) if it results in any *unexpected* events in System Audit & (B) see if it's related to the other issues the PC has?  Post a screen print of: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options - please?  Ok.  Thank you🙏

    The existing Standard subscription is about to expire. You're purchasing a Kaspersky Premium subscription from a physical store.  When the existing Standard subscription expires - uninstall Kaspersky Standard from the MacOS12 & in (your) MyKaspersky account - remove the MacOS12 from the expired code.  In (your) MyKaspersky account - add the new Kaspersky Premium code.  Download & install Kaspersky Premium to the MacOS12.  The links & advice we provided in our last reply are *relevant*, please read & follow them.

    The critical settings are:
    Remove permissions if app isn't used - Greyed out - unable to be toggled ON/OFF Change System settings - Forbidden Settings - Forbidden - Children should never have access to this.  Unknown - Forbidden.  Thank you🙏

    Thank you for posting back!
    We use what works😅 = FW, Packet rules. 
    *But*  looking at the network rule you created in the very first screenshot, you *originally* took the Chrome executable & then configured amanz.my over that, that's not possible.

    Also a tip. it would be a good idea to *Export* the Kaspersky application config, *before*  making any changes - then if anything goes pearshaped - it can be reverted.

    KTS 21.3 has a known bug - Kaspersky has resolved in their new version 21.6. 
    There's two options, manually apply a KTS 21.3 fix or upgrade to Kaspersky Plus, the upgrade is free & is 'like-for-like'
    Manual fix, please follow these steps: 
    Open Kaspersky Total Security (KTS), select Settings⚙, select General, uncheck Enable Self-Defense, select Save, select Yes to confirm the action. Exit KTS - on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select Exit. Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report\ and delete the contents = all files and folders. Start KTS. Enable Self-Defense. Shutdown the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login. Re-check the issue? Upgrade, please follow these steps:

    Follow these steps to prepare, uninstall & install: 
    Do a System backup.  *Important* make sure the KTS *Activation code* is stored in (your) MyKaspersky account.  Export KTS Settings/configuration. Follow: How to export application settings.  (Do not Import into the new app, it's a backup config only at the moment). Uninstall KTS, follow: How to uninstall the application, do not Save any data for future use - except for *License information* & Data vault - IF you've ever created & used the Data vaults.  *Upgrade* to Kaspersky Plus: use *link*. How to install the application.  Make sure to sign into (your) MyKaspersky account -> from the Kaspersky Plus app, to ensure the app & the account synchronise & the license information is validated?   At the completion of the upgrade, make sure the computer is shutdown, rebooted.  After logging back in, run a Full scan - make sure it's clean.  Any issues, please post back?  Thank you🙏

    LastPass KeePass Dashlane 1Password Norton Identity Safe 2014 (included in the latest version of Norton Security).

    We're a little unclear what "That is a bit falls hope... " means, however, you're correct - blocking an *unknown* device is a manual intervention, undertaken by the user: read: How to deny network access for a device.  We happen to agree, it would be good if the feature was more configurable, however, in the existing version, it's not.  IF (you) wish for Kaspersky software to be enhanced, (you're) welcome to raise a Feedback, I have a suggestion or Feedback, I have a complaint request, with  Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts: 
    Provide as much information as possible & *define* the request clearly; include screen-images if they help explain the request; support may communicate with you & discuss the proposal. All requests go thru the relevant team/s, not all requests are successful & even successful requests may take a long time to be implemented.

    Yes, Kaspersky blocked the trojan before it could be downloaded to (your) desktop. However, please take the following steps:  Clear Firefox browser cache/history/cookies.  Close Firefox.  Run a Full scan - allow it to complete - make sure the end result has no detections?  Shutdown the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, power ON, by pressing the Power button, login. Run a Database update.  Monitor for any further detections.  Thank you🙏

    Your post is fine, do not worry!  Kaspersky Support are incorrect, the *Cancel Subscription* option is *only* available - IF the subscription was purchased via (your) my Kaspersky account & OR a Kaspersky website.  The Kaspersky Premium Total Security download link *should* be in (your) Amazon account. Check, on Amazon - it says: You can access this item in Your Software Library - IF you cannot find it, contact the Amazon merchant & contact Kaspersky Support *again* - make sure you have all the transaction details when you communicate with Kaspersky Support.   Kaspersky Premium Total Security is different to the Kaspersky Total Security (KTS) *old* original software. 21.3.10.391 is for the *old* Kaspersky Total Security (KTS) original software. Old KTS only comes  with Free/Standard VPN, not Unlimited - you need to get rid of anything to do with *old* KTS & Kaspersky Plus Trial - Kaspersky Support need to help you with this!  Thank you🙏

    IF the subscription was purchased from a Kaspersky website - upon successful receipt of payment - the License would've been sent to your MyKaspersky account - in this case that does not apply as the subscription was purchased from Amazon, why, because - Amazon has no interface with your MyKaspersky account. 
    The merchant (Amazon) who sold you the subscription, should have provided you with a link or sent you an email with an Activation code - did either of those things happen? Check (your) Spam or Junk email to make sure the Amazon email is not there? IF the answer is 'no', contact Amazon.  Requests for help - to whom?  Once you have the Activation code, the software can be downloaded from: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/plus IF (your) *existing* subscription is Kaspersky Plus & still has two weeks before it expires, do not apply the new Activation code, until the last day of the two weeks, otherwise, you may find, the *new* Kaspersky Plus *activates* & then you'll be having to log a support request to get them to cancel the Activation code & issue a new one with a new date - it's a mess that can be avoided.  Please post back?
