  4. Hello dIMIS85, With Kav 19.0.0.1088(e) on a Win7 device, I've tested & replicated the accumulation ".removeOnNextReboot" files issue. Multiple reboots & db updates, files are not deleted, accumulate & remain.... I've deleted the files & run the system for 19 hours with no impacts.. Maybe Kaspersky experts will post back their advice re deleting the files on your system so you can have the valuable space back. Thanks!

If the issue persists, please let us know: System operating system, version? Select "License information" only Allow the uninstall process to complete Reboot Re-install Kaspersky software Turn on Wifi Reboot *** Check if the original issue persists? If it does, please post back with the following please: Version of KTS? Windows product & version? Are there any alerts? How does Kaspersky advise the wifi is broadcasting as "public"?   9. Hello FRBF98, A few questions & possible steps to resolve or help troubleshooting: Are you using Windows? If so, which Windows product, Operating System & Version? & KPM version please? Is the KPM product a stand-alone KPM, or do you also have other Kaspersky products, e.g. KAV/KIS/KTS? Is the KPM "data sync" function ticked & working as it should? Have you tried disconnecting from MyKaspersky portal, reboot, add a password to the local vault, reconnecting to MyKaspersky, sync? Test if more than 15 passwords can be added? Alternatively: Try uninstalling KPM and reinstall. If you've not tried and choose to do so, firstly: Export a copy of current KPM data Create a KPM backup then: Uninstall KPM Reboot Reinstall KPM Test if more than 15 passwords can be added? If no, turn on logging, replicate the issue and request help from Kaspersky Lab, or someone in the Kaspersky Community may ask for logs & continue to help troubleshoot, resolve... If "Do not scan encrypted connections" test works, we can add an exclusion for the printer. Also: Turn printer OFF - leave off. In Windows, Settings, Printers & Scanners, please check: Let Windows manage my default printer. If it's [▪️] selected, please deselect. Shutdown power off PC. Power off Wifi. **Restart Printer - make sure it shows a green/ready. **Restart Wifi. **Restart PC. Check for the errors -: "Print data cannot be sent bc of the current printer status" "Printer is not responding" If those errors have gone please: Select: Scan encrypted connections" again. Reboot PC. Check for original "Offline" error... > resolved ? If not resolved, there's more to do.. Please let us know how you go so we can continue? Thanks.

I've got: reinstalled/refreshed: KTS, FF Quantum 66.0.4 (64-bit), after a system restore: Kaspersky Protection extension back & after selecting: "install addon from file" C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Password Manager 9.0.2/kpm.xpi, Kaspersky Password Manager extension back. Phew! ?

When Canon MG5650 was first setup, was it via Windows, automatically discovering the printer? Or was Canon MG5650 added manually? Windows product?, Version ?, OS build? Please let us know? Thanks!

  17. Not if Kaspersky extension has disappeared into the ether Schulte, all recommended recoveries performed, FF current at 66.0.4, two full re-installs of Kaspersky software & Firefox, multiple reboots... Still trying to resolve???

Select [Open as Administrator] >UAC, change print settings popup will activate, answer [YES] Reboot Laptop Restart/connect wifi Restart Printer - please ensure the [Ready] button is ON/Green - on the Canon MG5650 Recheck [Use Printer Offline] status Still offline [No]? [Yes]? If the Windows status still shows "printer is offline", where exactly is this information showing please? Please let us know? Thanks.
