Не тратьте деньги. Увы, Касперский превратился в тыкву. У меня так же старая лицензия, автопродление в ноябре прошлого года. Пока доступно 110 локаций, работает ютуб, Фб и прочая запрещенка, но тот же ТГ уже нереально тормозит. Передать фото или маленькое голосовое проблематично. Оч долго грузится. При том, что на стороннем ресурсе ВПН все работает отлично. Сегодня настойчиво начал требовать обновится касперский free (не KSC!). Точнее он уже обновился, но нужно нажать кнопку продолжить. Подозреваю как только нажму кнопку продолжить, тут же все слетит до ущербной версии на "новой инфраструктуре". Впринципе я уже нашел альтернативу, да вот жалко потраченных денег за подписку. Тем более, что купил их две

Пытался зайти в приложение через аккаунт в Google, не пустило. Зашёл через пароль — пустило. Попробовал подключить все свои аккаунты для быстрого входа, Яндекс подключить не удалось потому что он типа подключён к другому профилю. Оказалось, что у меня один аккаунт на *****@*****.tld и второй на *****@*****.tld. При этом, подписки активированы на обоих и деньги капают, хотя телефон у меня всего один. Помогите пожалуйста объединить аккаунты

После обновления приложения Kaspersky Standart, при включении впн отваливается вообще все сетевые соединения в виндовс. Это так задумано или какая то настройка в приложении включилась и как её отключить? Не хватало чтоб за мои же деньги мне жизнь портили.

Welche Version verwendest du ? Kaspersky Internet Security ? Falls ja, bitte umgehend durch Kaspersky Standard ersetzen. Wenn du einfach wartest bis die Lizenz abgelaufen ist und dann die neue eingibst ?

Putting emphasis on AI with these pink labels really is not smart at all. The majority of people have issues with AI. Making it so flashy makes Kaspersky a doubtful app. I understand that it's used in cybersecurity, how could it not be. But SO many people are going away from products with AI. Firefox for example lost a lot of users because of it's AI implementation, despite the fact that it can be turned off completely. People are in general not rational beings. And any extra notion of AI WILL cause people to walk away. Me included: all my alarm bells went off when today when I suddenly did see all these pink AI labels in Kaspersky Standard. So a suggestion: remove those flashy pink AI labels, it really makes it look not trustworthy at all, it just looks like you're just going along with the crap AI hype. And instead of that, just mention it in normal text like you did here. This is understandable without any alarm bells ringing. But those pink labels? No, it makes it all doubtful.
