Без видео вам не поверят . Мало кто обращается в поддержку с логами, многим проще отказаться от продукта. Вот бы от них получить видео, как они пробуют воспроизвести и как понимают, что проблема не воспроизвелась. Вдруг пользователи бы подсказали, может какой-то важный шаг пропускают.

Судя по описанию на сайте справки - то оно только в защищенном браузере работает. А так как я им не пользуюсь - то и проблем не вижу. В самой системе у меня виртуализация и встроенная защита на основе неё включена (включая изоляцию ядра, целостность памяти и т.д.)

Hi, I'm setting up Safe Kids on a new Android 16 phone. When I get to the step where I need to allow the Accessibility permission, the Accessibility menu only shows a "Create shortcut" option. Enabling it creates a floating icon on the side of the screen, and it seems like Accessibility permission is granted. But if I turn off the floating icon, it disables the Accessibility permission and Safe Kids will show notification ask to grant accessibility permission. Is there any way to keep Accessibility permission enabled without having the floating icon visible?
