Export Kaspersky config, read: How to export settings. Restore Kaspersky to *Default*, read: How to restore the default settings of the application. After the RESTORE is complete - shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power button, login, recheck the scan issues / options, if they persist contact Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, then fill in the template as shown in the 5th image below - with Request topic as: Scan task will not complete, (which is the closest relevant template available) - include a *detailed history* Read: Scanning the computer. OS: Windows 10, version 22H2 Application: Kaspersky Standard, version 21.21.7.384(a) Whenever the application or I run a Selective Scan, an Instant File Scan, or a Removable Drives Scan of a connected external drive, it starts scanning files on other drives as well.
