Hello, Why can I only use the iOS version but not the Android version? I want to use the premium version on my Android phone, but it shows that I haven't subscribed

Почитал я ветку и понял, что попал ... Буквально вчера попросил знакомого посоветовать надежный ВПН, для работы с ютубом. Он посоветовал ЭТО. Вот только видимо он сидит еще на "старой версии" и не подозревает, что у новых пользователей ничего вообще не работает. Какой, в козью трещину, ютуб ?) Тут даже собственный сайт косперского с поддержкой перестает открываться стоит лишь активировать ваш Secure прости Господи Disconection. В связи с этим у меня лишь 1 вопрос - как мне отменить подписку и вернуть деньги?

IF the answer is 'yes' Kaspersky have (your) case in their system & will contact (you) is due course, please patiently wait, Kaspersky will assist to cancel auto-renewal. Please read: How to cancel auto-renewal? IF (you) don't have an incident reference number - the case has not been submitted correctly & must be resubmitted. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

I have to followed the instruction how to cancel the automatic renewal payment. But still can't and it shows me theres an error, and should try again. I sent email to Customer Service but theres no reply until now.😟
