Good luck, I had to cancel my subscription after Kaspersky was removed from the Google Play store, but it still says the subscription is active on the Website. When does the subscription become inactive? The subscription will end in November and I will buy it through Kaspersky Premium.

Hi, I am using Windows 10 and just bought and downloaded Kaspersky Premium; the Kaspersky version is 21.13.5.506. I have tried using OperaGX as usual while having the VPN active and it's just having connection issues, everything else is working fine with the VPN. Unsure on what to do, I have added it to the Split Tunneling option to not use the VPN but it does nothing. Thanks in advance for any help :)

I now see that Kaspersky VPN was deleted from my computer, or perhaps simply disabled. I tried to download it and was told the download was not available. I iknow downloads are stopping on September 29, but today is September 25. What gives?

Hi, The wireguard conf file is working well but it seems that it can only be active on a single device at a time. Using the same conf file on different devices simultaneously leads to multiple disconnects and reconnects. How can we generate a second wireguard conf file that will work independent of the first conf file? My VPN subscription is for 5 devices but most of my devices are linux based so the official Kaspersky application is not supported and I have to rely on the witreguard conf instead.

Hello, I subscribe for Kaspersky VPN for 5 devices and every date of deduction is on 14th that should be auto renewal. But now is 14 September 2024 but no deduction has make for auto renewal through my debit card. So i check my kaspersky account and the message appear (referring as title shown). Hello, i got kaspersky vpn a few days ago and i started noticing that whenever i tried to play genshin impact, the game was automatically shutting down, there was no error message or anything, and then i just turn off vpn, it works just fine. I added split tunneling to not use vpn on genshin, and i've heard i need to add at least all those 3 versions, i even added the QtWebEngineProgress because it's also genshin related thing, and it still keeps crashing, i find it annoying to always shutdown vpn and turn on again, so i'd like to know if there's anything i can do to solve this. Hello all, As I’ve mentioned on title, my connection keeps getting disconnecting after sometimes few seconds sometimes 1- 2 minutes later. I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing VPN program, resetting my router and changing my dns. My Windows and Kaspersky VPN program is up to date. VPN program is on version 21.3.10.391 (f). I’m also unable to open support ticket because “Application and system info” part is empty and won’t let me choose anything. How can I proceed?

Hello, Kaspersky VPN works just fine through Kaspersky Android App but it doesn't work through Kaspersky for Windows and through my WiFi Router (Open VPN) I mean it connects successfully to its target location but I can open web sites only on my Android phone when I connect through the Android app, but when I connect through on Kaspersky for Windows and through my router I can't open any web sites. What might be the problem?

with kaspersky already providing endpoint protection for linux, why not cater to the linux market as well? although we do not need antivirus, we still could benefit from VPN. additionally, that 1 user remaining from that 5 devises key for kaspersky plus is not going to use itslef, so might as well let us use it

I tried to connect to Argentina initially and it would not connect. Tried other locations and still would not connect. Rebooted my PC and tried again. Would not connect. Tried my laptop and that connected.

Kaspersky VPN application used to work well on my windows 11 laptop however I cannot connect any country for the last couple of days. When I click the connect button, it only says ''connecting...'' but never connects. A couple of times it connected but disconnected immediately. Hi. I always get this warning when I'm at a coffee shop or elsewhere when I launch the app before connecting to a Wifi. After I connect, the warning persists a bit longer before the slider becomes interactable again so I can activate the VPN. So, the problem is VPN is off during this time. Does this compromise my privacy? I used a browser-based VPN before and didn't encounter this. If this is indeed something that should be implemented, maybe the team can work on this?

Having some minor glitches as seem in the pictures bellow, adding a favourite wont display propperly on the program main screen and the double VPN auto select icon is not appearing. I have configured Split Tunneling to connect certain applications directly using VPN. It does not include Web Browser (I'm using Yandex Browser), so I expect Web Browser will just follow VPN connection activated.
