Hey everyone, I have a Kaspersky Premium VPN subscription, but I can't find configuration settings for PPTP or L2TP for my router. I only see OpenVPN and WireGuard. How can I solve this?

Hello I often access the site (https://www.modeltrainforum.com/forums/) to discuss information about model trains. But recently I can't access it normally so I use KIS Plus VPN. When I turn on VPN (choose Singapore IP) and use MS Edge browser, I can access it normally. Similarly, but when I switch to Chrome browser, it doesn't work. Even regular websites can't be accessed for unknown reasons? Thanks

Hello, I'm new here On Windows 7 there are no problems. But on Windows 10 Enterprise build 19044 I cannot use Kaspersky VPN. I get the message "The VPN connection is temporarily unavailable." That message appears even when the internet connection is disabled. My question: Two Kaspersky VPN services are running normally, but are there critical Microsoft Windows 10 system services required? Hi, I have Kaspersky VPN set to split tunnelling and to only work on Firefox. That's great, it works fine. However if I try and launch warcraft the game fails to connect. Why is this? It seems to imply as if split tunnelling is applying outside of just firefox. As soon as I close the VPN wow loads fine. Wow does not care about VPNs, other VPNs work fine on it so im a bit confused.

Netflix still shows my regional content even though I'm connected to a VPN. I am connected to german server and I want to watch german shows. But kaspersky vpn doesn't work for netflix allthough Germany Server is mentioned as suitable with netflix. Netflix has disclosed that Kaspersky Servers are VPN servers. There is only one Germany server in Frankfurt am Main. This is not enough. Add servers in Berlin or Munich. There are a lot of servers in USA but only one in germany and it is not even functioning. Find a solution to this problem. I didn't pay to you for a not working vpn!!!

My VPN is connected to my two devices: iPhone and Laptop. The former works well, while the latter has a slow Internet speed. I try to connect to different countries, even the fastest server. When I visit https://my.kaspersky.com/VPN#/portal/pages/ksec there is no option for routers, though. Is this a limitation of the free account? A country limitation? I live in Sweden, not North Korea. I'm dealing with a firewall that blocks most of the vpn connections and only the openvpn TCP protocol works. The problem I have is that kaspersky has openvpn UDP configration. Is there a way to get TCP working?

I have a Kaspersky Premium license that includes Unlimited VPN. This license is being shared with another Kaspersky user with a different account from the one from which the license was purchased. However, this user using the shared license isn't getting Unlimited VPN activated, only the antivirus subscription. So, I'd like to know how to activate Unlimited VPN for a user with a separate account through license sharing.

Hello, I have a subscription to Kaspersky Internet Security, and with it I was given a free subscription to Kaspersky VPN. However, I can't activate it. Do I need to purchase it separately, or do I need to install something else?

The solution does not work at least for Honkai: Star Rail, regardless of the tunneling mode, every other connection works follows the app tunneling properly. I have to turn it off, log into the game and then turn it on again for it to work. KIS 21.19.7.527
