Kaspersky Vpn Does Not Work On My Windows

Please anyone help. This error appeared after I updated Win 11 to Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26120.1912 (KB5043168). Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26120.1912 (KB5043168). This update also included VPN regulation. IS this because the new VPN reg blocked Kaspersky VPN?
