Hello im using Kaspersky Plus and i just want to use vpn for discord, i chose either option that never use vpn on this apps and i add every applications except discord and it didnt work too i try catapult hydra, wireguard or automatic i try everything my version is kaspersky 21.20 and vpn is kaspersky vpn 5.20 is it not working? i want to just use vpn for discord and im trying on league of legends i cant play with ping i take 9ms without vpn but when i try vpn it just goes 130 140 its not normal ping

I bought it for Split Tunelling but it doesn't work! I can't play games without vpn connection. I wanna just use vpn for Chrome, Discord. But filter is not work well!

I am trying to cancel the automatic renewal of Kaspersky VPN but some reason Kaspersky wants me to log in a second page to edit my subscriptions and it only accepts log in details of an email address which is no longer active, thus can not get a new password for it, even though the new details work fine of the my.kaspersky.com web page. My only other way to prevent the automatic renewal of my account would be to cancel my credit card and have another issued by my bank. Why have TWO log in processes with the second process not recognising altered login details when email addresses change?

Hi, I noticed that when I start the VPN, it automatically connects to 8.88.8 and 8.8.4.4 as second DNS. I would like the VP{N to use 9.9.9.9 and 149.112.112.112 instead. Every time I start the VPN it forces the google dns even after I specify the quad9 dns. Question1: How can I impose the DNS to the Kaspersky VPN? Thanks, Christophe Hannosset

Hi, I have replied on Kaspersky VPN to connect to a Spanish IP, and it had been working until recently. Now, even though I select Spain under location, I get connected to an Italian proxy (IP Location). Therefore, I have been unable to connect to necessarily geo-restricted Spanish locations. Please fix ASAP? Is there a workaround? Thank you.

When I choose Spain as location for connecting, it is redirected to Italy-Milan. This has been happening since power shortage in Spain. What can I do to connect directly to Spanish services? Thanks,

Hi, so, I uninstalled Avira and re installed Kaspersky (premium latest build just downloaded 3 days ago from my account) and now malwarebytes nor Proton VPN split tunneling work anymore. They "just worked" before. I can excluded apps from VPN but assigning apps to HAVE to use either of those two VPNs means they just get no internet connection. Have tried it with Firefox and Edge and Transmission, none work unless I disable split tunneling. Is there some setting in the kaspersky firewall that by default might be causing VPN issues like this? Any ideas how to fix it? TIA

Hello, For a long time Kaspersky VPN was the only VPN I used, after my subscription ended I tried different VPNs and then uninstalled them all and bought Kaspersky VPN again, the problem starts from there. I think the other VPN tools I used left their traces somewhere or changed my network settings, I'm not sure. Now when I connect to Kaspersky VPN, it shows as not connected to the internet in the bottom right navigation bar. I have no problem accessing my browser and some apps that require internet, but the apps that check this status show that I am not connected to the internet. My IPv4 and IPv6 settings are all automatic, and I didn't see any traces of old VP…
