The console does not update the added computers, it is installed in antivirus and the license is placed but it does not add it, it was done by sending instructions by email but it does not work

Hi. My 5 coorkers cannot access the link https://online.uspnf.com/uspnf When they try theyre still loading forever. It occurs in all of the 5 notebooks with Kaspersky Antivirus. I turn off the antivirus and it goes ok. I try to put the domain in the app on the trusted adresses and it doesnt work. I do not have a firewall on the network. Can U help me? Hi, Since a month and a half the Draw.IO diagrams are not loaded anymore in the Confluence webpages: Only when I remove (!) the Kaspersky browser extensions it works again. This occurs on all browsers (Edge, Chrome and Firefox - all updated to latest version). When looking at the developer tools in the browser I see that access is denied to the Draw.IO diagrams: I cannot share more details digitally for obvious reasons. Kaspersky Small Office Security automatically disappears during installation when the installation is at 66%. HELP ME

Having this issue after remving an older version of KSOS to update it as there was no update option available/it redirected me to the installation website. After I installed the setup file, it went as far as 25% before the fail. It's caused by the driver klim6.sys_x64. I tried reinstalling VMware as it was mentioned in the support menu, i removed all the traces from temp, %temp% and prefetch, deleted all other Kaspersky files and didn't work. And also, when I open Device Manager, I get this error: "Windows is currently configuring the class for this device (code 56)" on both the VMnet network adapters. Any solutions?

OS: Windows 7 x64 Service Pack 1 Build 7601 KSOS Ver: 21.18.5.438 Nothing works under the Internet section - Safe Search, Control Access to Websites, categories, Manage exclusions nothing. You can make changes enable/disable the control but when you browse it's like the filters aren't even on. Is anyone else having this problem and can suggest a solution? Appreciate your response.

For an internal server I would like to switch off the certificate check. Unfortunately it looks like adding the exception doesn't seem to work. SETTINGS -> ADDITIONAL -> NETWORK -> MANAGE EXCLUSION I've added 192.168.96.40 and localhost.localdomain but still I receive: Connection not protected The security of your connection is reduced. Criminals can attempt to steal your data from the website. You are advised to leave this website. URL: localhost.localdomain Reason: The certificate chain is not complete. View certificate I don't want to switch off the certificate protection completely, so please could you help me out?

IDrive does not work with Kaspersky

This failure happens when you try to access the URL https://ksos.kaspersky.com See attached screenshot. Is anyone else experiencing this problem ? Attempted from 2 totally different geographic locations - result the same. At the time of writing this the Admin Console has been inaccessible for 48 hours It has been happening since Saturday morning ( at least ) at 0100 UTC. Greetings from the Czech republic, I encountered a very unpleasant behaviour as for creating InstallShield packages. During the building the package, my Kaspersky AV software reports that SETUP.EXE from redist folder contains malicious software: not-a-virus:HEUR:AdWare.Win32.BlazeMedia.gen In fact, there is no virus or any other deleterious code in the mentioned file. The problem is that I have automatic updates set to run and they are not doing so. I get the windows security tray icon with the yellow blip, open it to see that there are actions recommended in Kaspersky Small Office Security so I open that and it says that databases are out of date and gives me a button that I must click to perform the update. Ultimately I can update KSOS but it requires my user input to click the update button. I want it to happen automatically. This has been an on-going issue for at least the past 3 months and I have entirely uninstalled and reinstalled KSOS in that time. The issue persists. Please help.3

Hello all! I have Kaspersky Small Office Security. This antivirus is not working well in my laptop. I have win10. Kaspersky is Up-to-dated. I test this antivirus by opening cracked software. Even Microsoft window defender can detect that virus. But Kaspersky is silent. I also test the files manually but Kaspersky is not able to detect. The same files were detected by Avast and Microsoft defender on seprate system. Is this a problem or that patched files are okay? Is my antivirus working fine? Help me Sorry for my bad English.
