Kaspersky Small Office Security & Management Console

I need to know how to see the blacklist from Kaspersky without a account with Kaspersky. I don’t know too how to check and remove any IP address from that blacklist. If someone has any expertise about this subject even if it’s about black list it will be good for me. Thanks for the attention!

I renewed Kaspersky Small Office Security 5 and now have Kaspersky Small Office Security 7 for our small network. On my Windows 7 Ultimate machine, it has been rebooting at night on its own since installing Kaspersky Small Office Security 7. Is there a way to stop that? I’m waiting to stabilize the one machine before rolling out Kaspersky Small Office Security 7 to the other machines on our network, so don’t know if it would do this on other machines. TIA

So I am basically evaluating Kaspersky small office security for our...small office. Anyway a pleasant surprise was to find a backup program here because it might kill two birds with one stone, as this was another task in the pile. The first time I setup I was frustrated by the apparent inability to specify a folder name on the target drive, either way a small thing, I let it run, And after it being stuck on 94% -95% for around 9 and half years, It failed (after I had finished for the day) and I think it specified some files that didnt meet the criteria, but it doesnt seem to create a retreival asset, that is there is no access for retreival of those files that were …

We have several databases on our system. Those ending with .mdb open with no issues. Those ending in .accdb will not.

I’m experiencing a similar issue to the thread below (INC000011020891). We have an application that is attempting to overwrite an existing text file on a mapped network drive. The initial creation and writing to the file works just fine but when attempting to overwrite the file, it is blocked by Kaspersky. The only work around we have seen thus far is to Pause Protection and disable Application Control. Google chrome will not download a file to the network drive but will to a local drive. If I turn off Kaspersky it will download to the network drive. If I use Mozilla it also will download to the network drive fine. I am using Kaspersky Small Office Security 7 and Google Chrome Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I just upgraded to V7 of Small Office Security from V5. I have an older MS-ACCESS app that won't run now. The error I am seeing from MS-ACCESS lists office_antivirus.dll as the source of the fault. I have added MS-ACCESS to the Trusted Applications group but still get the fault/crash on the app. What can I do to get the app working again? Thanks!

What is the proper format for adding path of a file or folder "with spaces in the name" in KSC trusted applications and scan exclusions list. I have a file that i want to allow as trusted application for all the clients. The path is like this: C:\Users\KS\Desktop\Office 2010 Toolkit\Office 2010 Toolkit.exe Should i use "%" before the path ? And what about the spaces in the path and file name ?
