	After the last version update, making any requests to locally installed MS IIS webserver unbeliebable slowed down, sometimes it takes 30-40 seconds or more.<br />
	This is a developer windows workstation, we use IIS for testing new web development locally.<br />
	If we turn off Kaspersky protection the issue disappears.<br />
	Kaspersky Small Office Security 21.24.8.522<br />
	My worskstation is a Windows 11 Professional x64 Build 26200<br />
	IIs version: 10.0<br />
	On another workstation with Windows 10 Pro we experienced the same problem.<br />
	Non local requests works well.<br />
	I tried turn off only safe browsing component, but it does not solve the error.

	I need to use Split Tunnelling in Kaspersky VPN as one of my mail providers won't work with VPNs so that mail client is on the exception list not to use the VPN and works fine.  The problem I have is that devices on the LAN that are accessed via a browser return a Bad Gateway error message and cant reach them.  I don't want to put the browser in exception list as I want that traffic routed through the VPN.  Is it possible to add IP addresses for LAN devices into the exception list so they don't get routed through the VPN?

	We operate self-developed scientific instruments, inside a local LAN (local IP), managed via HTTP Web-Gui's.

	We use professional PCs with latest WIN-10, latest Firefox, and latest Kaspersky "Small Office Security ...".
</p>

	Ón SOME of the Instrument Web-GUIs, the ones with more complex GUIs, after login to the site<br />
	we CANNOT ACCESS the site. For many minutes we see a toggeling "sand-clock and a togelling<br />
	footer  line  with something like "ff.kis.v2.scr.kasperky-labs.com".
</p>

<p>
	<span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">After about 5-10 minutes the "toggeling" stops and we can access the instrument site homepage.<br />
	Sometimes, after the first initial very long waiting time, the second access works faster.</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">I hereby enclose a Kaspersky debug log. </span>
</p>

<p>
	<span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">What causes this strange problem?</span>

	Hi.
</p>

<p>
	My 5 coorkers cannot access the link <span>https://online.uspnf.com/uspn</span>f
</p>

<p>
	When they try theyre still loading forever. It occurs in all of the 5 notebooks with Kaspersky Antivirus. I turn off the antivirus and it goes ok.
</p>

<p>
	I try to put  the domain in the app on the trusted adresses and it doesnt work.
</p>

<p>
	I do not have a firewall on the network. 
</p>
