	Hello, I have tried to install <span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(29,29,27);">Kaspersky Small Office Security on my PC. My PC is set in English. I live in Belgium. Why does your installer wants to install in French?<br />
	After installation I can not change the language to something else? Why ? Belgium has 3 official languages, yet you don't show the language that most people speak here. </span>

	I have management console account, where 3 keys are attached to this account.

	Key 1 (10 users/1 year) has only 4 more days to expire, also I have brand new key (which I have never used - 10 users/ 1year)
</p>

	I dont know where can I redeem my new key so that I can re-activate my exisiting key for 1 more year. 
</p>

	I tried on the management console with no luck,

	also I check on the user side, when I click on re-new...I was forwarded to online payment through credit card (which I dont want to)

	<span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#000000;font-size:13px;">Greetings from the Czech republic, I encountered a very unpleasant behaviour as for creating InstallShield packages. During the building the package, my Kaspersky AV software reports that SETUP.EXE from redist folder  contains malicious software: not-a-virus:HEUR:AdWare.Win32.BlazeMedia.gen In fact, there is no virus or any other deleterious code in the mentioned file. It may be some suspicious sequence in this EXE file, could you inspect and resolve this issue please? </span>
</p>

<p>
	I emphasize that I've been using this version of InstallShield for more than half a year and everything was always correct - till a couple days ago when the issue appeared out of the blue.
</p>

<p>
	If I pause the AV protection, everything works properly and the installation package is created. However, after resuming the protection, created installer package is labeled in the way described above and KSOS is trying to disinfect it - but with no success. In addition, running this file is denied with a message as for insufficient access rights to file and/or the file is used by another process.

	The problem is that I have automatic updates set to run and they are not doing so.

<p>
	I get the windows security tray icon with the yellow blip, open it to see that there are actions recommended in Kaspersky Small Office Security so I open that and it says that databases are out of date and gives me a button that I must click to perform the update. Ultimately I can update KSOS but it requires my user input to click the update button. I want it to happen automatically.
</p>

<p>
	This has been an on-going issue for at least the past 3 months and I have entirely uninstalled and reinstalled KSOS in that time. The issue persists. Please help.3

	I have Kaspersky Small Office Security. This antivirus is not working well in my laptop. I have win10. Kaspersky is Up-to-dated.

	<strong>I test this antivirus by opening cracked software. Even Microsoft window defender can detect that virus. But Kaspersky is silent. I also test the files manually but Kaspersky is not able to detect. The same files were detected by Avast and Microsoft defender on seprate system.</strong>

	Is this a problem or that patched files are okay? Is my antivirus working fine? Help me

	I recently started working for a company that utilizes Kaspersky Small Office for security purposes. As part of my work, they provided me with a key to install and use Kaspersky on my personal computer at home . I have a few concerns and questions regarding this setup.

	When I log into the MyKaspersky <strong>Management console</strong>, it displays a message that says, <em><strong>"You are not the administrator of this subscription." </strong></em>This has raised a couple of questions for me:
</p>

<p>
	<strong>1-Device Locking</strong>: Should I be worried about my personal device <u>being remotely locked by administrators</u> or for any other reason? I'm concerned about losing access to my own computer.
</p>

<p>
	<strong>2-Data Privacy</strong>: Is there a possibility that administrators can <u>access or view the data on my personal computer through Kaspersky Small Office</u>, given that I'm not the administrator of the subscription?
</p>

<p>
	I want to make sure that my personal device remains secure and private while using Kaspersky for work purposes.
</p>

	I couldn't find any topic for this problem on the forum. I have the problem with OneNote that with the latest update it doesn't sync anymore. I have read of users who solved it by disabling HTTPS monitoring/scanning but on the new interface this function is not there.<br />
	to solve the problem I have to disable all web security settings, and I don't like this!<br />
	Is there anyone who solved it?

It does the backup everything right, but when it's time to recover it never shows the data, so I'm forced to recover EVERYTHING and it takes hours. Is there any way to browse through the data in this backup and recover only the desired one? see as prints that it does not show the data, but if I click on restore, it pulls everything. This has always happened, the server has been recently formatted and installed all over again, and yet Kaspersky behaves this way. At other times it appears that the amount of files is too large to be viewed.

	Since a month and a half the Draw.IO diagrams are not loaded anymore in the Confluence webpages:

	Only when I remove (!) the Kaspersky browser extensions it works again. This occurs on all browsers (Edge, Chrome and Firefox - all updated to latest version).

	I just bought 1 Year License Kaspersky small office security for server and when running the installation on my server 2016 data center operating system, its delaying error message that "The operating system does not comply with requirements. That current operating system is not support.

	Kaspersky's Blog makes reference to the recent so called supply chain attack involving 3CX and its desktop app. What is not mentioned is Kaspersky's response to same with regard to its product HAVING being able to detect and deter the issue found on 3/30 where today is 4/2. The only reference is that the MDR recommends uninstalling the affected program. While this is understandable, it does not provide information as to whether or not Kaspersky would have discovered, reported or done anything to the malware prior to it being reported publicly and if the malware flew under the radar in the meantime. In other words, how do we as users of Kaspersky know if the threat protection worked? Perhaps I was not infected. How do we come to grips with what info may have been collected or otherwise have been compromised and if there might still be remnants left over. What is Kaspersky doing in the meantime to address the malware if not addressed already?

	<span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#444444;font-size:14px;">I have Kaspersky Small Office Security file server, I use the program to perform daily backups. It does the backup everything right, but when it's time to recover it never shows the data, so I'm forced to recover EVERYTHING and it takes hours. Is there any way to browse through the data in this backup and recover only the desired one? see as prints that it does not show the data, but if I click on restore, it pulls everything. This has always happened, the server has been recently formatted and installed all over again, and yet Kaspersky behaves this way. At other times it appears that the amount of files is too large to be viewed.</span><br />

	I need to give support to multiple computers through Anydesk, and I can't do certain actions in kaspersky because it does requires confirmation, and somehow this blocks anydesk from doing anything remotely, I've already tried checkin the option <strong style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#444444;font-size:14px;">Allow managing Kaspersky Small Office Security settings via remote control applications.</strong><br />

	But it makes no effect at all, what can I do?.<br />

	Hi, we installed Small Office Security. Since installation when any user opens a word document we get a pop up with Kaspersky logo. It says its for a certificate and it mentions adobe and outlook. It only pops up when a word document is opened. I have tried updated adobe and word to latest versions but that hasnt solved it. 
</p>
