Kaspersky Small Office Security & Management Console

Hi everyone, I have this issue. We have an internal server with ssl self signed certificate so on clients kaspersky tells me the site not secure and have to add an exception, so my qustion is: Is there a way to add the exception to all Kaspersky installation in the office (via GPO or similar) . Hej all, I developing some webpage with different payment forms (credit card, paypal, payment in advance, debit card, only a registration form). It's possible to deactive (= not write the HTML code) one or more forms. In some configratution my Web Control agent from Kaspersky Small Office Security 5 tells me, with a heuristic analysis of this page is dangerous and tagged as "phising site". I'm currently no idea which thing I have to be change to get no alerts from the client. Is it possible to share updates with other computers over LAN with KSOS6? I can't find such option in Settings. Hello to all. On Sunday June 23. our Server was infected by Ransomware. It seems to be a kind of Phobos. On Monday June 24 I realized that all files of our server were encrypted. Every File name now includes "wewillhelpyou" and the filetype is *.adage. the main problem is that also the windows-back up function is infected. All shadowcopies were deleted and only one backup file exists also with the type *adage. I need help. Perhaps someone can tell me if I can decrypt some files, especially the backup file. I had an old version Kaspersky Endpoint Security 6.0 for Windows 7 in one of our company PC's, so I decided to remove it and install Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows (11.0.0) (Kaspersky Security Center 10 Network Agent version 10.4.343) in windows 7. after i remove kaspersky 6.0, a pop up windows appeared in screen and said to remove completely you should reboot computer and after rebooting, the computer won''t start and goes to recovery error screen, and when i select start windows normally, the computer will reboot again. what should I do?

Today i'm so sad, My computer got attack from gancrab ver 5.2. I really supprise because i using kaspersky small office security and always update the DB. Even after the attack i tried use kaspersky to scan and hopefully able to remove the virus but no luck at all. Greetings, In the Kaspersky Resource (Software Updater), it checks if there is a new version of the installed application available, if it does, it downloads and updates the third-party software, example (Apple, Winrar, etc.) I'm a developer, how do I make this check available to my systems, if I make available a new version of my Kaspersky system (application) in your scan to detect this update, and update if the operator wants? Hi, I have 2 problem with Kaspersky Small Office Security Unable tp update. I clicked the Run Update button, the button become grey color, and it stuck there. No progress for updating database. I also not able to run Virus scanning. It keep show me Previous Scan Failed. For Quick Scan and Full Scan I'm running on Windows Server 2016 Standard Edition. Dell Server with Raid 1. Hello, I am unable to login to Office 365 through the browser (tried Chrome and Edge) on a machine running small office security v 19.0.0.1088 (e). Any requests to the https://login.microsoftonline.com/* domain are rejected with a "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" error message. I have developed a tool helping me in post-printing action using virtual printer and used only for my customers inside my software package called "UDCLogMaker.exe", I have the source code and its totally safe. How I can let Kasper consider it safe because today kaspersky stared considering it as not safe and removing it automatically! How I can sent it with source code to Kaspersky lab to check and verify that is safe, it important to me and my customers not to delete this file from PC containing Kaspersky security without using exceptions. We use Indigo Rose Setup Factory to create install programs for our software. We have used both Indigo Rose and Kapersky for many years now. Last week, when creating a new setup.exe file in Indigo Rose, Kapersky quarantined the file, reporting a Trojan.Win32.Generic infection and then deletes the file. BUT, when I disable Kapersky, create the setup.exe and then scan the newly created file with Kapersky, it finds no infection. I can't add an exception, because the file doesn't exist prior to creating it with Indigo Rose. This morning I come to my desktop to find red icon with an exclamation mark, And the popup comment "Reboot is required" For what? Any log where I can verify what has occurred?

I had never set a password inside the settings opt, but however why it always claims me to enter the password to enter which causes me can't enter the settings page any longer? my application is "Kaspersky small office security 6 personal computer with Windows XP professional sp3, how should I do to disable the password protecion blocking and be able to enter the settings page to change my settings any way?

Machines: VPN Server => ClearOS RDP Server => Windows Server 2016 with Kaspersky Small Office Security Clients => Windows 10/XP with Kaspersky Internet Security Problem: Occasionaly, clients cannot print without any error message. I have to disable Kaspersky on both server and client, and restart VPN & RDP connection on client to make printing work again. Only then I can enable Kaspersky once again. Thank you. Since the installation of Kaspersky Small Office Security the client computers are automatically restarted, the computers are fully updated and the GetSystemInfo tool does not indicate that something is wrong.
