Today, I'm no longer able to to open any of my usual online banking sites using Kaspersky's protected browser due to certificate verification errors. It's the same on four different banks that I use. Kaspersky is up-to-date in terms of definitions and its version is 21.3.10.391. The browser I'm using is Google Chrome. Restarting the browser or the PC did not help. Please advise. The error message popping up is: Certificate verification problem detected Certificate verification service is not available (error: 0x000000ff)

Kaspersky Internet Security - free licence- locked my Samsung Galaxy J5 - Android 6 Mashmallow. already typed the Recovery Code provided by My Kaspersky and it didn't unlock the phone. Then I disconnected the device from the protection and it still asks me for a PIN to unlock it, but I have no clue on how to get it. What am I supposed to to unlock my phone?

Hi, After automatically updating to KIS 21.2.16.590 about 4 days ago, I started having a problem with PlayStation’s redeem a code page. At first, I thought it was a temporary issue with their website since the PS5 just released a couple of days ago and I just thought their servers are overloaded or something. But today I tried visiting that same page using my Android phone and it worked perfectly (Kaspersky is installed on my phone too). Hello! I noticed that my KIS got a version update on last couple of days from 20.0.14.1085(b) to 20.0.14.1085(c) and I believe that this update brought the Kaspersky Password Manager into KIS, as a new recommendation appeared in my application asking me to install the Password Manager. My question is simple: how can I ignore the Password Manager recommendation, just like I did with "Kaspersky Secure Connection" and "Kaspersky Safe Kids"? I don't want to use the Password Manager and I also don't want this notification trying to make me install the product. I just want to keep my recommendations clear for relevant security notifications.

Seems like this was an issue before, and claims to be resolved but I do not see “how” it was resolved. Kaspersky keeps flagging my HOSTS file, then disinfecting it by deleting it and replacing it with an empty HOSTS file. I’ve run the updates, run the full scans, yet every time I try to add even 1 line to the HOSTS file, immediately flagged and the red box appears to “disinfect and reboot”. Help. Anyone?

Actual version of kis and chrome rd (crd) host are installed. Kis has standard settings. If I stop kis’s firewall, crd works fine as host. Else I cann’t connect to this host from Internet. What should I do to force it work properly?

After I installed Kaspersky Internet Security on my Win10 my WIFI connection frequently disconnects. Actually I hear sound like when I unplug my WIFI dongle from usb slot, and then after few seconds I hear that sound again. How can I fix that? It’s really annoying.

I pushed the License from myKaspersky to two phone and over 24 hours later they still read "sending license" Question is, why can't the licenses be pushed instantly or within a reasonable time?

8 days ago I opened a ticket with Kaspersky support asking if I could have an offline installer for KIS 21.1.15.1500. The status is still “Waiting for processing the request”. Is there anything else I can do? I don’t feel a pressing need to upgrade to KIS 2021, but one of my 4 computers already automatically upgraded. I want to upgrade the other 3 on my own schedule. In the open case I also asked if there is any way to keep the 3 computers that are on KIS 2020 from automatically upgrading. Just a note, KIS will not load and cannot be installed on MacOS 11.0 Big Sur. I recently became a beta tester and the current beta will not allow KIS to load, nor can you reinstall it. It will not even allow the installer to launch.

After installing latest KIS version I cannot reach my routers web interface 192.168.1.1 (The connection was reset) If I connect with my cell phone I can use 192.168.1.1 without any problems. I tried network reset commands but nothing happened. My internet connection works perfectly. Moreover I can ping the address without issues. I read to many web forums that KIS is the problem. If I "Pause Protection" problem is still here. I decided to uninstall KIS and everything was working fine with 192.168.1.1 Then I installed KIS again and problem returned at once. Is there such a thing as Kaspersky Internet Security or Kaspersky Antivirus for Chromebooks? When I search in Google Play Store for Kaspersky, there is nothing.

I don’t want password manager and never will on most of my systems where I pay for kaspersky licenses. I’m also concerned about having passwords managed on systems that have semi public access sometimes, where this program is trying to get installed by deceiving non advanced users (even advanced users can fall in this trap by just clicking “ok” without thinking). Is there a way to prevent these popups? It really feels like using any company’s free antivirus might be ok if you are pushing ads/click traps on the paid product anyway.

Hi, Kaspersky detected that the following Trojan.Multi.GenAutorunBITS.a is in my system memory, I was able to be remove. I want to under how this trojan get into the system, does anyone has any information to share? This is the second time I have this alert. I was not visiting any website only reading normal email and there was no attachment. I am concern how this Trojen can enter the system. Any advise will be appreciated. Regards Andy

Hello guys, recently my KIS popped up a notification like 8 times under one minute and it happened in any other day too. It said “The network attack Scan.Generic.PortScan.TCP has been blocked” I’ve been searching in the internet that the PortScanning is kinda dangerous, and can steal data. I have an ASUS ROG (Republic of Gamers) model G51J running Windows 10 (Version 1809, SO 17763.437) that was presenting sudden shutdowns (it wasn't overheating, it was simply shutting down sometimes, with no blue screens, nothing). I took it for maintenance and they diagnosed a BGA (Ball Grid Array) issue, fixing the problem.
