Hi my last malware attack was about november 4 2021, It was my first malware attack so i just thought i was a virus till i researched it and almost getting my gmails and facebook hacked, The one thing i didn’t do was unplug my wifi router, It’s been 1 month nothing really happening but im still paranoid I heard people with your ip, or router they can control your computer even tho that i scanned with kaspersky and theres no more viruses, Is there any easy way to check if your wifi connection etc is safe? Im only fourteen please reply to me the easy stuff that i can do for me to secure and make me less worry and live my life.

Will I have uninstall the antivirus program currently is installed to download Kaspersky Plus accordingly to store page? My payment is scheduled to next friday due to automatic renew system and what is going to happen? I installed the Kaspersky Protection extension on the new Edge browser (Version 83.0.478.58 (Official build) (64-bit)) under Windows 10, and enabled it in the extensions page, but it remains stubbornly greyed out. If I click on it, it displays this unhelpful image: I don’t see any settings in Kaspersky Internet Security for the extension, so any ideas what the problem is?

So I'm having issues related to connection with some apps, especially the apps from Microsoft and Microsoft store like Microsoft 365, WhatsApp and also including some game launcher like Hoyoplay & Epic Games launcher, all of those apps can't connect to the internet recently. I figured out what causing the issue was monitoring of port 433 on my KIS which is it's not a problem before but now i need to disable it in order for the apps to be working again. any solution of this as i'm having concern regarding disabling the monitoring of 443 port would cause any security risks in the future? my KIS current version: 21.3.10.391 (m) Thanks in advance.

I saw the related topics before i submitted this article, but some of these solutions still don’t work. I am using Edge Chromium 90.0.818.51 and paid subscription of Kaspersky Internet Security. It is getting pretty annoying and i wanted to know if this can be fixed somehow without completely restoring the browser to default settings. Hold the Shift key & press F12 To return to the original language → hold the Shift key & press F5 Regarding long delay: The Kaspersky Secure Connection Settings can be changed so Kaspersky Secure Connection at startup is not enabled. Also, in addition to Berny above, Hello, Windows 10 64bit. New SSD install. Before installing KIS my Xfinity internet speed using their testing tool http://speedtest.xfinity.com was great exactly what I was paying 900 Mbit down and 35Mbit upload. After I installed KIS my speed is around 250Mbit down and 35Mbit upload. Called and spoke with Xfinity support and everything is ok on their end and said issue is with KIS.

I uninstalled Kaspersky a while ago and it seems to be trying to update anyway. I believe it's in Russian (I don’t understand it...). I have no idea how I’m supposed to stop the update window from popping up when I can’t even uninstall it again. I checked Services, Startup in MSCONFIG and installing location. No traces found. I cannot use Kavremover 'cause I can't remember the version of the KIS previously installed. I'm on a windows 11 pc. Pls. see attached screenshot for reference. It's getting really annoying. Hello everyone, since a few weeks my kaspersky makes it impossible for me to upload new videos on my YouTube account. The upload stucks after a few percent of progress. When I deactivate Kaspersky the upload works, but that cannot be the solution. I already tried to set YouTube into the list of trustworthy websites. Please be aware today I received what looks like an offer from Kaspersky for a free upgrade. There is no clear proof that it is legitimate and does not appear in my Kaspersky Internet Security dashboard. If you receive this popup I suggest you do not install until there is some clear formal acknowledgement through a legitimate Kaspersky channel clarifying whether or not this is a legitimate offer and not a disguised virus.

Hi, Our website has been falsely flagged as a phishing site. We have throughly checked every website and server and there is no malware present. In Mac Monterey, Internet Accounts won't open a browser, neither Safari nor Chrome, in order to truly try a password for authentication. So, it will never get to the point where I can add enter an 'app specific password' or any other password for that matter. Thus I was unable to add a new Google account, and Apple Mail would typically only work briefly before Internet Account demanded that I authenticate the account. Then, when I tried, it never opened the browser, just gave the message that it failed to authenticate try again later. I tried virtually every option I could find within the Mac world to fix this. I am using latest version of Kaspersky Internet Security Windows 11 PRO 22H2 My browser is Brave Browser with the latest build. I have enabled http/3 through Adguard Home. So under the same wifi network, on Android Mobile/Android Tablet http/3 is working. But on windows 11 computer, where kaspersky is installed, it's blocking the http/3 connection. (I have enabled quic support on the browser aswell) I have checked it using http3.is website. Please allow users to use http/3, it's faster.
