I’m new to Kaspersky (Internet Security 2020) and have a couple of questions. Entering passwords securely. So, when I’m in the secured browser (Firefox in my case), and click in a password field, it says “Secure keyboard input is enabled”. Now, I can input my password in a variety of ways, using my laptop keyboard, using the Kaspersky onscreen keyboard, using the Windows onscreen keyboard, and even copy and pasting a password into the password field. I am trying to work from home using a remote desktop and I am getting kicked off and have to sign back on the the remote desktop every 30 minutes exactly. I have spoke to the IT department with the remote desk top and they say it is not anything on the remote desktop that is enabling me to stay signed on for more than 30 minutes at a time. Hello I already have the patch (j) on KIS 20.0.14.1085, but I noticed that it is not yet including Microsoft Edge in the Privacy Cleaner. Is this by design (although Chredge is now supported) or is there an intention to add these new features in the future? Greetings

Every time I go to log into a web site that has a username/password I get a pop up from Kapersky that says “Kapersky...Security keyboard input is enabled”...is there anyway to disable that? I do not want pop up. https://imgur.com/a/7mDd0NJ

I bought the Internet Security for 3 PCs in Thailand. License on my daughter laptop (bought in Thailand) is going to expire. She is now in Norway want to activate it but got the error. If I not wrong, when she was in Russia for 4 years, I sent her activate key and activated without any problem. How can I solve the problem?

It was only 9 days ago I purchased licensed KIS from official website which provided me an activation key. I activated the product then, but now it is showing a Red screen with cross mark on home page of the app with the error License Issue. running windows 10x64 build 18367 application version 20.0.14.185 after installing Kaspersky internet security I notice my ethernet connection goes to disabled. intermittently. If I use the enable tab in Windows 10 settings it won’t rest to the enabled condition. The only way I resolve this is by rebooting the PC. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly accepted.

When moving to a new computer, the settings can be exported from the old and imported to the new. However, that doesn’t cxport Safe Money sites. This has been the situation for years, as far as I can tell. Have I overlooked something?

Hello. Is there a way to disable the little green shield icons Kasperky Internet Security adds after all the links it analyses? It changes the pages setup and, as I know KIS is running I don’t see the purpose of these icons. A red one near a dangerous link would be enough, don’t you think? Thank you for your help. Regards,

Hello! I was inspecting “Kaspersky Protection” connections through Firefox: about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox. I read somewhere that the extension only worked locally, but it was requesting some connections with what seems to be kaspersky labs server through a non encrypted connection (HTTP protocol). If i’m right, it would be exposing all sites you visit. As example: i accessed 3 sites: google.com; facebook.com and malwaretips.com

I have setup 2 IMAP email in outlook. 1 is gmail and another is my company email. The gmail is able to send and receive. My company email is able to send but not receive. After unchecking IMAP scan as below, I am able to receive emails. But I am afraid my mail will be at risk without scanning. Is there a remedy to this? I’ve just joined here as the other forum is shut was long time member. I was previously using KIS2018 and all was fine. I had not upgraded to 2019 because when i initially tried there were compatibility issues with Nord VPN. Running Win 7 professional x64 with all updates (inc ESU). The PC is a dell, dual graphics card i5 CPU with 16GB RAM. I updated to the KIS2020 patch h but now KIS won’t even start. I get a graphics card driver error then multiple other error popups before I’m prompted to terminate Kaspersky. Hi, Since yesterday I’m having a lot of messages about a malicious URL starting with “ams-update” and some other letters, like ““ams-updatea”, “ams-updatec” or “ams-updatew”. Kaspersky inform that the app relate is something called “Apple Push”, but I never installed nothing by Apple and this app isn’t show in my programs. I had search in the forum and found something close to my case, but the answer ask him to attach the report and a image of the problem. So, I couldn’t know the final answer, because was specific to him. Can somebody help me?

I am running Windows 10 Pro Build 1903 & KIS 2019. I have all access to the webcam blocked so no unauthorized spying can occur but I have Zoom authorized to use the webcam using application control. However, I have to start using Google Meet but I’m unsure how to allow it. Zoom is its own program so that was easy to allow but Google Meet is a URL accessed through Chrome. Any recommendations on how to continue restricting Chrome access to the webcam but allowing Google Meet? Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Kind Regards, Dennis

I recently installed Internet Security 2020 on two Windows devices . One Surface tablet and one desktop . both are running Window's 10.
