OS: Android Phone, select Settings icon, scroll to the bottom of the list, select About Phone, look for Firmware version & Android version.

• Checking KIS Android system requirements, 10 is not listed as supported, I’m wondering if that’s the actual issue; all of the above posts have also been for Android 10🤔 .
• Please raise the issue with Kaspersky Technical Support; the Support Team will request an AIDA64 report, they may ask for you to install a KIS Debug version, a full history and video please?
• After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.

Please let us know what they advise please?

Kaspersky have now updated their documentation, Android10 is supported, however, they have created a bug for the issue, if the device is Android10. 

If you’ve not logged a case with Kaspersky Technical, please do so & please post back when they provide advice?
