System mmc.exe “Administrator block” after Kaspersky deleted Aact.exe crack. [Closed]

I have installed cracked Microsoft Office with Aact.exe activator in it. Kaspersky have decided it is a virus and deleted it. After that all i found an error with opening mmc.exe (Device Manager etc) because of “Administrator block”. But i have Windows 10 Home for one language, so i am the administrator. SFC and DISM don’t help. Do someone know what to do in such situation? 

P.S. I can open mmc.exe with cmd but I want to solve the problem completely.

1. Is the “Administrator block” a Windows or KIS error? 
2. In KIS Reports, are there any MMC & or Device Manager error events?
3. Does MMC have an Trusted/Allowed status in KIS?
