vpn connection error [Solved][Closed]

I have core i3 system and I used Kaspersky as a anti virus. I newly add a Nord vpn in my system but when I try to connect my internet with vpn, I got a message that I can not be connect with… What is the actual cause of it? Please reply me.

• When Kaspersky Internet Security was installed was Kaspersky Secure Connection-VPN also installed?
• Is the “cannot be connected” msg coming from Nord or KIS?

NordVPN is pretty good one of best… I use Kaspersky secure connection premium and also i have Betternet premium.

Choice is yours.

I had a similar issue but then I tried purevpn and it worked like a blaze! Their crazy $0.99 trial version is best if you want to start out with it.

2. When KIS was installed was Kaspersky Secure Connection-VPN also installed and is it possibly active/enabled? 
3. Check KIS application, does Nord have a trusted/allowed application status? see my image, it shows Kaspersky Secure Connection, yours should show Nord

My kaspersky Secure Connection VPN is active, now I think no need to use another vpn. Thank you
