English Hello, since i updated the macbook to Sonoma, every two days or so, when i start the computer, and i go into Safari, I get the error: "A secure connection could not be established." This is because Kaspersky does not start correctly, and the 'full hard drive access' privilege is cancelled, and I have to give it access again... Why is this privilege canceled automatically? I have uninstalled Kaspersky, and reinstalled it, and the error still occurs. How can I fix it permanently? Thank you. Hi Everyone I'm currently facing a frustrating issue where my Microsoft Edge browser is being blocked by Kaspersky Internet Security. This has significantly hindered my browsing capabilities, and I am unable to access several important sites. I'm curious to know if anyone else has encountered a similar problem. Kaspersky keeps coming up with a sign saying that it couldn’t ”launch the previous session" correctly. I have gotten the two crash files created but can't see where I can send them to. Can anybody enlighten me please? I keep pressing the "send" button but it doesn't resolve the problem. I add that my KIS is in Japanese. Any kind of requests in some specific environments are been blocked by kaspersky. I recently opened an email with my cousin's name, only to find the sender was: roach@azclan.net. I did not click on the link in the email. However, shortly after, my desktop started switching into tablet mode. As you can see from Exhibit I, there is a black window in the bottom right corner which I assume shows roach@azclan.net somehow accessed my computer just from me opening the email. My desktop would switch to tablet mode, and I would see the black window. When I clicked on it, one of the other windows would fill the desktop. As I don't use Google chrome due to privacy concerns I only use Firefox. Having just purchased a premium account I was disappointed to see that the Firefox browser is not supported on my android phone by Kaspersky. I hope in the near future Kaspersky will change this and support the Firefox browser on android. Cheers

Hi -- I would like to disable ALL Kapersky’s notifications, such as the one below. I just want the software to run on the background and be invisible while protecting the computer. As such, I don’t want ANY pop-up/notification to appear in my screen. I have tried to disable notifications on settings/additional, but they keep coming. I own a NAS. I also rent a server that I rent that uses FTP to connect to my NAS to get files. I am receiving attacks which are not being stopped by the “Network Attack Blocker”; therefore I’m looking for an option to block the IP address outright myself yet I can’t find an option to do that myself - anyone have helpful advice? Lastly, I realize FTP is not encrypted thus I’m probably going to reconsider my options when the subscription expires.

Hello, In the Kaspersky app manager i found two processes (System, Registry) that are neither in a trusted group (grey square) nor have any popularity level (five grey busts), are they legtimate? Meanwhile, Console Window Host is using 12% of the cpu (in windows task manager), and 8% in Kaspersky app manger. I uploaded a screenshot of the items. Could there be a threat?

Since May 2th I have noticed full scan I do every week as precaution that, at the report data and during the scan, the full scan is showing more files detected than it was compare to a week before. I don’t know what behavior caused this because both of HDs are keeping the same storage as before and nothing would explain why Kaspersky Internet Security 20.0.14.1085(j) all the sudden changed the behavior? Hi, yesterday I've encountered strange issue: Consider 4 of my computers, each one runs identical version of KIS 20.0.14.1085, let's call them A,B,C and D. For the longest time everything worked as expected, and every one of the four computers could ping any from the remaining 3 without problem. Yesterday I noticed my NMS reports computer A as down. Investigating computer A I couldn't see any issue, it had lan and internet connectivity and could ping B,C,D without issue. No other computer on the local lan could however ping A. Windows 10 Pro....If I try to save a web page by using "Save as PDF", in the preview not all but most of the images show up as blank spaces where the image should be. If I pause Kaspersky protection for a minute and resave the web page then all of the images show up. Is Kaspersky blocking because some viruses can be embedded in an image? I don't want to have to pause Kaspersky every time I want to save a web page to PDF. What do I need to do or add in 'Settings' to stop Kaspersky from blocking these images?

Recently I moved a few applications from Trusted to Restricted, and now I am receiving too many "Suspicious activity is blocked" notifications; it’s flooding my notification center and distracting me while I’m doing other tasks and becomes really annoying. So, please, tell me: how can I turn off only this type of notification while keeping other notifications which are really important visible? I can't find any option to turn off just this one. Hello, Wonder if Kaspersky Lab takes into consideration the following technology for standard end-users. Offer VPN but use Kaspersky Lab's infrastructure/scan engine etc. in terms of Gateway and DNS. I think that would be at least awesome. What do you think?

How can I block Pop Up?

Have had Kaspersky Internet Security for 4 years without issues. Today Notification Center says "Databases are extremely out of date". They are set to update automatically. If I click Update, it attempts to update but the message does not change. The Database Update screen says "Last Update: Less than a minute ago." Windows also displays an alert that my Kaspersky security is out of date. Running Windows 11 Pro (updated Feb 2025) on HP Spectre x360 laptop.
