Du loggst dich bei MyKaspersky ein und lädst dort die Installationsdatei, der Code ist da bereits vorhanden.

Wenn die Geräte nicht gelistet sind kannst du denen auch keien Code unterjubeln. Warum sollen die denn nicht gelistet sein ?

У меня такое не наблюдается. Amnezia Premium 4.8.12.9 и Kaspersky Free 21.24.8.522 на Windows.

Disabling that port scanning it's not a good idea.

All the suggestions you gave me have already been tried. There is no option at all to activate the tray options. Like it don't exist in Windows. Anyway, thank you for the time you spent. Enjoy

@AnaskoV Before dropping the product and if not yet done you may try this ? Windows 11 Settings → Personalisation → Other system tray icons → Enable the toggles for icons you want to permanently visible

Я как типичный покупатель ПреМИАльноГо Kaspersky ничего не хочу понимать, и просто хочу перенести жалкие 300 ГБ данных со старого HDD ST1000NM0011 на новые носители. Иначе в чём смысл переплачивать за передовой софт, где даже оффлайн-справки нет. Сейчас попробую обратиться сюда в "удаленной поддержки Лаборатории Касперского" : https://support.kaspersky.ru/b2c/#contacts На английском языке, те же данные с txt файлика

Buddy, that’s enough. I don’t know what you didn’t understand from what I wrote. For me, as an IT specialist, it’s humiliating to have to explain myself on a forum about tray icons . The application has been reinstalled three times, and I think that’s more than enough. I’m dropping this product.

Probably a corrupted update, try a clean installation.

Schon seit es sie gibt Kaspersky Standard. Internet Security ist schon lange nicht mehr im Einsatz. Wenn es keine andere Option gibt, werde ich das wohl machen müssen. Da stelle ich mir aber die Frage wieso muss man Neuerdings einen My Kaspersky Account besitzen muss wenn man die gekaufte Lizenz nicht ohne Neu-Installation einem Gerät zuweisen kann.

Походу ркн блокирует ваши сайты, или сильно их замедляет. Другой браузер не помог. Вошел в чат СП, без загрузки скринов

Попробуйте в другом браузере. Или попробуйте по этой ссылке.

При выборе любого варианта - емейл, чат или телефон, выходит одна и таже форма, в процессе заполнения которой идет полное зависание на загрузке файла (скрина) Там номера телефона нигде нет Бот в чате водит по кругу - оператора типа нельзя, а по ссылке что он предлагает, возвращаемся на выбор из трех тополей, которые все ведут на одну страницу, скрин выше в теме
