I have tried burning the software using GPT instead of MRD. The result is the same i have tried both usbc and usba port, all the same. I have tried turning off the internet and even tried downloading a foreign version, because maybe it's a regional block, still the same, i've tried entering my bitlocker key for the hard drive, still the same I have spoken to the customer service chat representative, they said they will escalate it but it's better to post in the forum where i will get a response. I have downloaded the latest update provided by dm , now internet connection is working but the tools tab remains invisible as before. it looks to be deliberate from kaspersky rather than a glitch. some people have no tools tab on the internet during tutorials and others have it.

Hi, I just purchased Kaspersky Premium and used my main gmail account for that, then I invited my brother via email to use it on his laptop. He got the invitation link and installed Kaspersky Premium on his laptop. But the VPN on his laptop keeps asking for activation code and the software refers him to go to the Kaspersky website (license page) when he goes there to the website, VPN page on the website asks for antivirus activation code, when he enters the code, the website says it already added to the subscription. I do not understand what is happening, the software install on laptop is Kaspersky Premium and fully activated but the VPN option on the software shows as a free plan and asks for activation code. Please someone help me and let me know what's going on and how to fix this? Many thanks in advance. Cheers

Я отправил страницу в вирлаб через ТП, как ответят - сообщу. Чем меня заинтересовала эта ситуация, так это тем, что страницу продукт предлагает открыть в безопасном браузере. Домен tb.ru принадлежит Т-Банку, какой-то конструктор сайтов, видимо поэтому идет ее определение как платежной. Эту тему тоже обещали рассмотреть в запросе.

I'm trying to recover my keyboard, mouse, speakers, which aren't working after uninstalling kapersky. So i booted with kapersky rescue tool. Du kannst bei MyKaspersky auf Download klicken und dort sollte dir die gekaufte Version zum download angeboten werden. Diese installierst du und die Lizenz sollte vorhanden sein. Wenn du magst kannst du die vorherige Version erst deinstallieren, ich lese hier häufig dieses sei nicht notwendig. Im installierten Programm unterhalb dem Punkt "Privatsphäre" steht deine Mailadresse, ein Klick darauf bringt dich zum "Profil". Dort in der Mitte steht dein Programmversion und rechts daneben sind drei Punkte. Ein Klick darauf sollte die Option bieten einen key zu speichern. edit: Welche Programmversion ist aktuell installiert ?

Ja, es geht um einen PC. Aber es ist die PLUS Version. Nur kann man wie früher üblich unter "Profil --> Details" keinen Key eingeben.Es gibt dort keinen Button oder Eingabefeld. NUr einen "Jetzt Lizenz verlängern" oder ähnlich.Aber dann kommt man zum Kaspersky Shop. Ja, bei Mykaspersky auf der Webseite kann man zwar den Aktivierungscode eingeben, aber es passiert nichts. Der Key wurde direkt bei Amazon gekauft.

Самое интересное что Касперский пишет, что всё в порядке и нормально или тупо не определенно ! Как вопще работает касперский? Скидываешь ссылку на реальный фишинг и всё нормально:)

@orfos-it, вопрос-то в чем? Настройте нормально GoodbyeDPI и не будет у вас проблем. Зачем вы запускаете его как сервис? Он при этом много с чем конфликтует, это не новость. При том что толку от него сейчас практически нет.
