对的，目前的情况是我开着着代理从谷歌商店下载完插件后不管是开着代理还是关着都是这种情况，直接下载crx文件再安装也试过同样也是这种情况，之前是能正常使用的，昨天我从官网重新下载安装后就这样了

Hello， 相关 install log 已经分析完毕，日志显示安装程序在检查 klif.sys 的可用状态时发生错误，当前文件存在自我保护在工作，拒绝访问。相关日志显示如下： 针对这个问题，请您确认有关情况，首先检查 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\drivers\K4W-21-24 文件夹下是否存在 klif.sys 文件存在，或者整个文件夹都在？ 如果存在该文件或者其它驱动程序文件的，以删除 klif.sys 为例子，其它驱动文件存在的都这么操作，从操作系统内进行清除。请您到 系统安全模式下 去删除该驱动文件后以 管理员 权限执行 cmd.exe 然后运行 如下命令删除 klif 的服务注册表项目，然后重启计算机： driverquery 在输出的结果中查找 kl 开头，kl 开头，kl开头 的内容有没有，如下图所示： 确认凡是存在 什么都使用这个命令将 驱动程序 注册项目删除： sc delete klif.K4W-21-24 如果已经不存在，以 管理员 权限执行 cmd.exe 然后运行 如下命令删除 klif 的服务注册表项目： sc delete klif.K4W-21-24 执行完以上命令后，重启计算机，然后再次安装产品。

Hello, 这个卡巴斯基自我保护功能阻止有关程序访问自己。这个问题基本上对于卡巴斯基无解，告知网易内部白名单排除访问卡巴斯基进程。

Hi @DedSec, danke für den Screenshot, er kann manches erklären. Wie Du sehen kannst, wird die Software, egal wie nützlich sie ist, eher von wenigen Nutzern eingesetzt. Daher war es gut und hilfreich, die Datei an den Support zu senden. Mir war sie bis zu Deinem ersten Post im Januar unbekannt, Kasperky dürfte es ähnlich gehen "Weniger als 100 Benutzer [...] haben dieses Programm verwendet". Dein Screenshot kann aber auch auf ein Hersteller-Problem hinweisen. Das digitale Zertifikat der .exe wird zwar als im Prinzip gültig anerkannt, es wird aber von keiner anderen Stelle bestätigt. Ein Programm ohne zweifelsfreies digitales Zertifikat kann bei Kaspersky nicht in die Gruppe "Vertrauenswürdig" aufgenommen werden, dafür muss alles stimmen. Dein eigentliches Problem wurde allerdings von der Setup-Datei verursacht. Falls diese (hatte ich eigentlich angefragt) ebenfalls über kein zweifelsfreies Zertifikat verfügt, darf sie als beschränktes Programm natürlich einige geplante Aktionen (Treiberinstallation, Programmaktualisierung, Regitryänderungen,...) nicht durchführen. Mal sehen, was das nächste Update der Suite bringt. Jetzt kann ich es besser einordnen.

The VPN for router option has disappeared. Where is the option to download wireguard or openvpn config, to add in our router. Did you forget it to add again with the new updates? Its from the new infracture there isnt, what is the problem? We cant use the vpn we pay on linux or router because it, ETA? My problem is that software like Snipping Tools, Game Bar, and even the NVIDIA app all have no sound in the recorded videos. Snipping Tools shows an error due to a WASAPI exclusive mode issue. I've tried to find the cause but haven't succeeded. However, once I temporarily disabled Kaspersky's protection, the WASAPI error disappeared, but when I turned it back on, the WASAPI error reappeared.

И поменять батареи в UPS. Очевидно же, что проблема в ПО, а не в железке, при перегреве ПК будет работать в целом медленнее, ибо процессор будет сбрасывать частоту, и только так. Обновил он уже. Проблема там не в антивирусе, а в браузере, который как-то не так работает. Потому - проверить на другом браузере - это для начала.

Hi everyone, I have a physical disability which means I have to use an xbox adaptive controller with software called JoyXOff to convert the inputs to Mouse and Keyboard. Unfortunately when I need to change settings for Kaspersky or create exclusions, I am unable to click on these popups to confirm. This then means my carer has to plug in a mouse every time to confirm. I have tried adding the relevant files and folders to the "Allow interaction with the Kaspersky Anti-Virus interface" setting in specify trusted applications but unfortunately it still does not work. Any help would be appreciated as I would like to keep using this software!
