Ich habe die exe der Aquasuite inzwischen an Kaspersky Lab gesandt, damit dieses Programm als ungefährlich eingestuft wird. Dieser fals positive nervt wirklich, wenn man weiß, wie nützlich die Aquasuite ist. Hier ist der Screenshot:

Hi everyone, I have a physical disability which means I have to use an xbox adaptive controller with software called JoyXOff to convert the inputs to Mouse and Keyboard. Unfortunately when I need to change settings for Kaspersky or create exclusions, I am unable to click on these popups to confirm. This then means my carer has to plug in a mouse every time to confirm. I have tried adding the relevant files and folders to the "Allow interaction with the Kaspersky Anti-Virus interface" setting in specify trusted applications but unfortunately it still does not work. Any help would be appreciated as I would like to keep using this software!

Проблему подтверждаю уже минимум как с 2023г. Чаще всего проявляется на моделях младших уровней 10xx, 11xx, 12хх , но не на всех и логика не ясна. Со старыми моделями проблем нет. Оставлял тикет в ТП, долго переписывались отправил не один дамп. Но ни чего не сделать. Где возможно, приходится работать через telnet.

При попытке запустить Kaspersky Standart вылетает ошибка, указанная в заголовке. Удалить Kaspersky также не могу - выдает "Работа мастера установки и удаления прервана из-за возникновения неустранимой ошибки". Параллельно с этим в браузерах перестали скачиваться файлы - также возникают ошибки. На компьютере установлена официальная Windows 11. Обратил внимание что данные ошибки появились после установки iTunes и создания backup айфона, при этом я на 95% забил жесткий диск. Сейчас очистил, ошибки остались. Скриншоты ошибок при попытке удаления, запуска касперского и сопутствующей ошибки в одном из браузеров (ошибка распространяется на все) прилагаю.
