买的是3年3设备的激活码，昨天晚上开始显示激活码被阻止。 问客服说是服务器问题，要等修复。这都十多个小时了，还没解决。这么严重的问题官网连个通告都没有吗？

El programa se actualizó recientemente y ahora cuenta con una opción para sobrepasar el antivirus de Windows o algo así pienso. Esta nueva actualización no la he ejecutado ya que sigo con una vieja versión. Así que, por las dudas, prueba esta nueva y si te deja ejecutar algo me lo dices. Porque si no te deja te paso un video mostrando como se me ejecuta y me aparece el desinfectar computadora por parte del Antivirus de Kaspersky. Exactly, if there is a tool that inspects traffic from Kaspersky URLs, you will have problems activating the Endpoint using the code. Unfortunately, I went through this and it was through a detail in the documentation that saved me. https://support.kaspersky.com/help/KSC/15.1/en-US/255242.htm I only validated this issue because the client in question was On-Premise and changed to KSC CC and previously it used the key file and not the activation code. So, for new hosts, it was only possible to activate via activation code.

The problem was "SSL Client Inspection" was enabled on my firewall which pushed out a certificate to decrypt and then re-encrypt SSL encrypted traffic on workstations and servers. This prevented the activation of KES by Next EDR cloud

I've install a Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux 12.2 on a Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. The network agent 15.1 was installed too. I have a KSC 15.1 on Windows. We already But the protection seems to be stopped and the policy that I've created is not appliyng. и не решится. Потому что писать об этом на форуме это просто "поговорить". Чтобы что-то имело шансы измениться нужно писать пожелания в техподдержку. Причем не просто "достало", а с вариантами решения. Разработчики антивируса форум не читают. Обратная связь идет только через техподдержку.

Согласен. Меня тоже бесит. Зачем 100500 раз уведомлять что включена защита, закрывая при этом кнопку подтверждения? Сделали бы просто значок "К" справа или слева строки (как в поисковых строках того же Яндекса), там редко что либо бывает. Ну такой себе совет...

@VRmin Welcome. Please see the post above your post “ Version 21.3 is absolete “ , please install on top version 21.21 + reboot. This latest version will import your license and your settings.

That is a workaround for that obsolete version, You better migrate Your 21.3 version to the last 21.21.

В любом случае спасибо за варианты. Кстати, что то не дает откатить винду в первоначальное состояние, вылезает какая то ошибка и винда говорит фиг тебе, думаю связано.(хотя каспера не отключал может интернета не видит) Проверка каспером ни каких проблем не обнаружила. (((

Вобщем пишите в техподдержку. Тут логи смотреть нужно, а мы на форуме системные отчеты запрашивать не можем.

Штатными средствами винды не удаляет. kavremover удалил, но есть ощущение что как то не так. После установки заново выскочило окошко, как то криво завершился прошлый сеанс работы и отправить отчет хотела, но не смогла )))))
