  2. Hallo @Schulte, sorry für die immer wieder aufkommenden und sich teils wiederholenden Fragen. Ich bin nun auch immer wieder hin- und hergerissen, ob die Neuinstallation unterm Admin-Konto vielleicht doch sinnvoll wäre, da ich ja auch kürzlich von Windows 11 23h2 auf 24h2 geupdatet habe und seitdem einige Berichte wieder angezeigt werden unterm Standard-User. Allerdings gibt es mittlerweile wie zuvor erwähnt auch schon wieder einzelne Module, wo die Einträge seit dem Windows-Update nicht mehr gezeigt werden. Somit hatte das Update dann wohl doch keine dauerhafte positive Auswirkung darauf. Jedoch möchte ich eigentlich auch eine Neuinstallation nur wegen der Berichtsanzeige vermeiden , wenn das nächste Autoupdate problemlos funktionieren sollte, denn wer weiß, ob ich bei einer Neuinstallation danach nicht andere Probleme kommen oder das Autoupdate dann wieder nicht funktioniert. Es ist nämlich so, dass Kaspersky ansonsten problemlos läuft. Mir geht es bei dem Ganzen auch nicht darum, dass ich die Berichte speichern oder aufheben möchte, ich möchte nur ab und an mal reinsehen, ob alles "passt". Was wäre daher deine klare Empfehlung? - Neuinstallation nur machen, wenn es beim nächsten Autoupdate von Kaspersky Probleme. Bei funktionierendem Update einfach die Berichte komplett ignorieren und auf den Status von Kaspersky verlassen. oder - AutoUpdate-Ergebnis zwar abwarten, aber auch, wenn es funktionieren sollte, nochmal neu installieren mit Löschen der Berichte zuvor. Vielleicht hat eine Neuinstallation von Kaspersky auf Basis von Windows 11 24h2 eine Auswirkung. Danke im Voraus für deine Antwort.

KAV, KIS, KTS & KSC - V21.3* have not *officially* reached EOL *yet*, but Kaspersky no longer does any development work/bugfixes for 21.3, nor can any of those products be purchased as an alternative to the new range & so on & so forth.   8. Thanks Flood and Flood's wife I didn't in fact realise that Kaspersky AntiVirus had been decommissioned - which is a bit frustrating because the last subscription never told me to upgrade. But just been going through the forum for antivirus only to see the move to Standard. Issues is - I use another Firewall - so I am hoping it can be disabled in Standard, else I am going to have to move to another software that only offers AntiVirus (which would be sad since most of them have been pretty system problematic). Will see how things go with the upgrade to Standard - thank you.

Kaspersky have released a proper solution, *upgrade* to the newly released Kaspersky software: Standard, Plus OR Premium. 21.3* is OLD -> there is NO fix in version 21.3* -> Kaspersky stopped doing development work & fixes for the old version when the new version was released. 21.3* is the *old* version for: KAV, KIS, KTS & KSC. || In *your* case IF *you* have KAV or KIS upgrade to Kaspersky Standard, available here: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product. To check a version, on Windows Taskbar, *Hidden icons*, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About OR open the Kaspersky GUI, select the Headset 🎧lower-left-hand-side of screen, the Kaspersky application version is shown on the 4th line of information in the Customer Service screen. Ordinarily people are encouraged to open their own topics, however, for this particular issue it's not required - there's a commonality across all 21.3* Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

  11. To andrew75: I get where you're coming from. I do appreciate the workaround being share. But my concern is that this really shouldn't be something we have to keep fixing ourselves. Ideally, there would either be a proper solution or at least some communication on why this keeps happening. Personally, I've run into this issue four times now, including again just last week. Each time, it’s been resolved with the same workaround, but it’s becoming frustrating. Honestly, once my subscription ends, I’m strongly considering switching to a different antivirus as this recurring problem has worn me down a bit. To harlan4096: Just to clarify, how are you seeing version 21.22 available for Kaspersky Anti-Virus? From what I can tell, the version I have is 21.3.10.391 and that is the latest. I can't seem to find an option in the app itself to manually check for updates. I’d really like to avoid uninstalling and reinstalling if I can confirm that auto-updates aren’t the issue here. Is there a particular source or location where 21.22 is being stated as the update for the AntiVirus? Though - I have just realised this forum is for Total Security - so maybe I should make another topic in Kaspersky Anti-Virus (checking if there isn't something there already)

  15. Hello, I have a license for 3 devices that still have 801 days left. One of my devices is way over its EOL and I'm replacing it for a new one. My problem is that I am located in a different region than the one where I got my licenses for the first time and the new device isn't letting me use the previous licenses because of that. I'd like to know what can I do to use my license in this region instead of having to buy yet another license when I still have over 2 years left in the previous one. Thanks for your answer.

  22. I have used KIS once on my computer, and deleted it. Now I want to reinstall it, but cannot open the installer. I don't know what the version of the app was. I have tried kavremover tool and run it on compatibility mode, but those methods seem to not work.

    Okay, after testing it for 2 weeks, I can definitely say (at least in my case) the sync problem happens only on my Samsung phone. On xiaomi device sync runs smoothly. The only difference between the two as far as I observed, is KPM on galaxy store released by Kaspersky Labs Middle East, while KPM on Xiaomi GetApps released by Kaspersky Labs Switzerland.

    You can try restarting your computer first to see if Kaspersky updates the expiration date. If it still shows the old expiration date, it should be safe to re-enter the activation code. Just make sure you don’t enter it multiple times to avoid potential issues.
