Dear Community Recently I have done a lot of research on how can I setup Kaspersky on my XP workstations , so I came up to that Old Kaspersky Internet Security got installed in my Windows XP workstation and get databases updated successfully . I am sharing the full process . Same experience, same refund denied. User for years, renewed happily about 40 days before they announced the change to this dreadful, useless provider. I was denied a refund because of course, I've been paying for years and it was 40 days after I paid when they decided to switch so I guess it's bad luck for not aligning my renewal date when I started paying years ago with the timelines they had to destroy their service. The server I used every day for years is gone and I literally can't get an e-mail or whatsapp message with the VPN when literally 8 hours of my life are receiving e-mails and whatsapp messages but hey, I guess I can be salty for another 10 months about paying for a year of something and losing my money. I just feel bad for the moderators and customer support people having to deal with way less patient customers than the people posting in a civil way in this forum.

We are aware, of course, but what can We do? We have to be patient, like any other user...

It's been 8 days now for 3 replies asking me for logs, ip, the usual troubleshooting when it's obviously not on my end. INC000017995826. I still haven't seen an official statement and the customer service people and moderators in this forum seem to be completely unaware or ignoring the actual issue with your change to PureVPN from the service that actually worked. So again I ask to hopefully a Kaspsersky employee and not the moderators or support people doing their best, why is it that because you decided to change the service to something completely unusable 40 days after I paid, I'm not eligible for a refund because it's out of the 30 day refund window?

Ну верно все, наконец-то сформулировали! Телеграмм например тоже не заблокирован, просто по нем можно только переписаться, а не голосом с видео общаться. Т.е. по всей видимости террористы по нему только звонят, а не текстовые инструкции с картой высылают... Ну да, я очень верю!

Советую не тратить время и уже отменять подписку. Мы тут месяц вопрос обсуждали и так ничего и не дождались. Только хождения вокруг да около. Моя подписка заканчивается через 3 дня, продление я уже давно отменила. Не вижу смысла её продлевать за такую сумму ради одного лишь ChatGPT.

Привет, насчет "работы ведутся" "улучшаем продукт" . Как и и Ютубо Вотсуп не запрещен, это Мессонжор, общение всё такое. И то что там придумали блокировать звонки потому что бабусе звонит страшный мошенник,инагент,шпион просто смешно, так же нелепо как запрет сейчас массовых мероприятий из-за кОвыта сказочного (Байки из склепа). В общем Вотсуп тоже надо включить когда Ютубо заработает, все будут покупать.

Ну у меня пока так. А значит в ближайшие 13 дней я буду периодически требовать от Каспера то, за что заплатил. Если не починят, то продлевать я не буду - я покупал доступ к Ютубу, а не ежедневные сказки про то, что проблемой уже занимаются, да всё никак решить не могут

Официально нет, это верно, но реальность это не отменяет. Судя по всем размытым ответам поддержки и затягиванию с решением проблемы (ну не верю я, что эта проблема может требовать так много времени на её решение; особенно с учётом того, что какое-то время всё работало, а потом YouTube вдруг резко отвалился), компанию обязуют замедлять YouTube. Вопрос о том, почему об этом не говорят открыто, здесь уже ранее обсуждался. И мы так и не поняли, в чём смысл избегания этой темы.

Официально - нет. А Каспер ведь у себя в VPN блокирует только те сайты, которые заблокированы официально. Так что у Каспера тут два варианта: либо он наконец-то чинит доступ (три недели уже, скока можно), либо он перестает обманывать пользователей и честно заявляет, что никакой починки доступа не будет, и вместе со всеми он будет неофициально тормозить Ютуб. Ну и, разумеется, во втором случае придется вернуть деньги пользователям. Потому что нельзя брать деньги за продукт, который не выполняет заявленную изначально функцию - доступ к сайтам, которые официально в России не заблокированы.

Файлы IDE не пробовали в доверенные добавить? Как на скрине, только для соотв. файлов. Это можно сделать через Управление приложениями в Предотвращении вторжений или Исключения и действия с найденными объектами - Указать доверенные приложения.

Minha assinatura Kaspersky Plus (que cobre até 5 dispositivos) foi renovada recentemente, em novembro/2025, e no meu celular já consta a assinatura renovada até novembro/2026. Porém, em meu PC consta o Kaspersky VPN versão ilimitada, mas no celular, o VPN está como versão de 300Mb/dia. Quando tento puxar minha assinatura do VPN para o celular, recebo a mensagem de "Desculpe, você não tem uma assinatura que cobre VPN" e me oferece uma assinatura nova. Gostaria de corrigir esse problema.
