Use Safari or make the modification as per this important information: Kaspersky Safe Kids for Mac, Types of restrictions for your child Chrome: To disable the QUIC (HTTP/3) protocol in Google Chrome, navigate to chrome://flags in the address bar, search for "Experimental QUIC protocol" and set it to "Disabled". Then, relaunch Chrome for the change to take effect: Firefox: To disable the HTTP/3 (QUIC) protocol in Firefox, navigate to about:config in the address bar, acknowledge the warning, find the preference network.http.http3.enable, and change the value from true to false. Я пытаюсь подключится к серверу Азербайджана, но приложение просто показывает: ''Подключение..." и не подключается. Я сидел ждал где то 15 минут смотря на это и оно все равно не подключилось. Когда я пытаюсь подключиться к другим серверам, например Германия, то оно сразу подключается. Я не понимаю откуда взялась эта проблема. Был бы рад помощи -

你这个有可能遇到bug了。只能卸载重装了。 也有可能是设置里-界面设置-配置通知。文件反病毒这块设置有问题。。。(但是恢复默认还不行我觉得还是应该是bug)

Hello @frustratedkaspersky, You're most welcome! Kaspersky's Customer Service is not based in a third-world-country, the terminology is very much out-dated & quite frankly offensive (IOO); you may not have had the best experience(s) with KCS, however the comments are not necessary to *solving-this-issue*. YOU can buy a *new* subscription from whichever reputable source (you) wish, we recommend purchasing from Kaspersky OR Amazon Kaspersky, but people buy from many different sources - where the subscription is purchased is IRRELEVANT - as long as the subscription is not PIRATED. Kaspersky always recommends - NEVER purchase from EBAY. IF (you've) purchased a multi-user subscription & (you) wish to SHARE that subscription - whether the subscription is NEW or EXISTING, use the EMAIL SHARING method that's documented; for that to happen the subscription has to be ACTIVE. It's not possible to share a multi-user subscription that has not been activated. When the multi-user subscription is ACTIVATED - then it can be shared - however, IF the existing users already have a SHARED subscription - according to the DOCUMENTED process then a RESERVE subscription will activate *automatically* when the EXISTING subscription EXPIRES - IF YOU have set-up subscription-sharing correctly. The users of the *Shared-subscription* do not need to worry about product key(s); IF (you) have *followed* the Shared protection package documentation the email (you) send them will *authorise* activated software for their computer(s); it would be in (your) interests IF (your) users *also* read *all* of the documentation. Have (you) asked KCS to store the reserve licenses (in your MyKaspersky account) so the codes *activate* in the correct order - when the existing subscription expires? IF 'no' you need to do that. Подключение с клиентов к серверу прямое? Сервер с проблемных клиентов резолвится? Как вариант, попробуйте переподключить агента администрирования по IP сервера с помощью klmover, что-то типа того: # echo пароль_агента_администрирования| /opt/kaspersky/klnagent64/bin/klmover -address 192.168.1.1 , если получится, то попробуйте понять, что мешает обычной работе сетевых сервисов. Как вариант, вручную подкиньте сертификат сервера администрирования на проблемные клиенты. -

Попробовал выключить Межсетевой экран на ПК, которые не могли подключиться к Серверу. Не помогло. -
I did it too. VPN. is not needed for download or activation. The new account is recommended, I use it from Hungary. But if you installed it, then it will communicate in its own language after downloading from the account!

Thanks for your response. Does this mean If I share a subscription, if the subscription expires, will Kaspersky once again FORCE me into buying a key through their website as opposed to being able to enter in a product key. It seems as though this change has been done on purpose so that if a CD KEY has been used they get you when it expires by having to buy kaspersky through their website making sure it goes to them. Their technical support came back with the response. After consulting with our experts, we've learned that it's no longer possible to send a license to a linked device as a reserve within your My Kaspersky account with our new products (Premium, Plus, Standard). This feature was available with our older products (KSC, KTS, KIS, KAV), but our new offerings are designed to be subscription-based, with everything handled automatically. Which is not the case, as I literally did it with premium several weeks ago. once again a company … [Off Topic] It would appear that even inviting people as users and doing it the way that you suggested, because this was a product key purchased online - that Kaspersky are forcing you to pay for it as opposed to enter in a product key and moving those devices to an active subscription. -

Nice !! Do you live outside of the EU or not ?? Did you needed to create a new My Kaspersky account choosing one of these three countries to make it work ?? As for the vpn i don't think that you needed for that but maybe only for the activation.

Здравствуйте! В организации, где я сейчас работаю, стоит следующая задача: Имеются 5 PC - 4 под управлением Astra Linux SE 1.7.4 и 1 под управлением Astra Linux SE 1.5. Один из ПК с Astr'ой 1.7.4 планируется сделать Сервером администрирования (далее - Сервер) (накатываю KSCL 15.1 (именно эта версия, такое задание 🙄)). На другие 4 ПК требуется и накатить KESL 12 и Network agent 15.1 (KESL 11.1.0-3013/Network agent 11 на тот один ПК с Astr'ой 1.5) и подключить "их" к Серверу. С установкой и настройкой KSCL 15.1 проблем не возникло. Согласно заданию: порт Сервера и SSL-порт Сервера используем дефолтные (14000 и 13000, соответственно); SSL-соединение - используем; Шлюз соединений не используем. На один комп с Astr'ой 1.7.4 накатил KESL 12 и Network agent 15.1 без проблем, Агент к Серверу успешно подключился, а вот другие 3 ... На других Агент не хочет подключаться к Серверу, хотя в скрипте postinstall.pl указывал всё тоже самое, что и на том компе, где KESL 12 и Network agent 15.1 успешно встали и Агент успешно подключился к Серверу. Почему так - не пойму. Сравнил вывод утилиты klnagchk на компе, где Агент подключился к Серверу, с выводом этой утилиты на ПК - где не подключился. ПК с Astr'ой 1.7.4 выдают ошибку Transport level error while connection to <адрес Сервера>:13000: general error 0x4E7. ПК с Astr'ой 1.5 выдают ошибку Transport level error while connection to <адрес Сервера>:13000: general error 0x502. Прошу помощи в решении проблемы. Также заметил отличия в строчках: Certificate и HostID. На проблемных ПК значение первой сроки absent, а строка HostID пуста. На том, где Агент подключился значение первой строки present и есть идентификатор хоста (HostID). -
I used VPN during registration, installation and activation to activate Kaspersky Free. Latvia, Estonia or Lithuania are safe bet.

Hey! It’s likely a false alert from the beta version. iOS dev builds sometimes confuse apps. Try restarting or reinstalling the app and see if it happens again.
