Такой вопрос - ранее у Вас бэкапы создавались успешно? Например, в директории "по умолчанию" архивы присутствуют? C:\ProgramData\KasperskySC\SC_Backup\ , или в какую директорию у Вас бэкапы складываются? Можно глянуть в параметрах задачи "Резервное копирование данных Сервера администрирования".

Добрый день. Есть 2 ПК: ПК1 и ПК2, домен1 и домен2, сервер_KSC1 и сервер_KSC2. ПК1 вывели из домена2, ПК2 внедрили в домен2 с тем же именем. На ПК1 никаких манипуляция по удалению агента администрирования и KES не проводилось. После внедрения ПК2 отображается в управляемых устройствах с пометкой "Устройство стало неуправляемым". Задачи удаленной установки, деинсталяции не помогают. При установка сообщение об уже установленном агенте администрирования, но его, как и KES, на ПК2 нет. Можно ли обойтись без локальной установки программ на проблемном ПК? P.s. Можно запутаться* Если важно, ПК1 изначально был в другом домене1, внедрили в домен2, но сервер_KSC1 через klmover не меняли сервер_KSC2. Как-то так...

Je voudrais juste le mettre en Français, que dois-je faire, le réinstaller sur le site Français, où est-ce que je vais trouver ça ? How many policies for NA do I need to create? You also need to NAT traffic from internet to that connection gateway on required ports. ---> I have already configured my gateway router to do port forwarding from External/Internet pointing to connection gateway (Private IP) with allowed ports (13000-14000/TCP) How would I know if my external endpoints are hitting my connection gateway? Right click on license properties and check which computers is installed this license Can you remove the license manually? Are these computers registered with AD? Is KSC doing polling in AD?
