bonjour, l'installation se fait correctement mais l'icône Kaspersky Password Manager reste grisé dans la barre d'outils. L'application fonctionne uniquement dans le navigateur mais pas dans le navigateur privé si je veux me connecter à un site de banque en ligne ou autre site de commerce en ligne par exemple. Merci

Прикладываю скрин ошибки, которая возникла после старта (нажал продолжить) и файлы трассировки по ссылке с гугл диска https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1d48sMT5tO9eETgJpePCtPB50rYnuKEaZ?usp=sharing По поводу предыстории. Началось всё со странных глюков. Kaspersky Premium отключился, включил вручную. При следующим запуске Виндоус перестали работать ярлыки и все браузеры предлагалось установить по новой, они стали "чистые" - без истории, без закладок. После этого с помощью точки восстановления всё получилось восстановить. Но опять до следующей перезагрузки. Теперь уже Виндоус не запускался в принципе, точки восстановления не работали - при попытке восстановления из точки на финальном этапе была ошибка. Далее через день точки восстановления вообще исчезли. На ПК у меня был ещё один жёсктий диск. Я туда повторно установил Виндоус 10. Через эту новую винду зашёл на диск с неработающей виндоус. Увидел, что все файлы на месте. Но папки с системными файлами не открывались. Проверил это диск с помощью dr web cureit, тот обнаружил и удалил 4 файла с вирусами. После этого все папка стали открываться. Далее проверил Kaspersky Premium, тот уже ничего нового не обнаружил. Далее, в БИОСе я отключил диск с работающей виндоус, которую установил недавно. И запускал Kaspersky Rescue Tool на флешке. Так как, если бы я не отключил диск с работающей виндоус, то Kaspersky Rescue Tool видел только работающую недавно установленную Винду и проверял только её. Ну а далее то, что уже я написал. Проверял диск с неработающей виндоус через Kaspersky Rescue Tool - тот ничего не обнаружил. И хотел попробовать восстановить виндоус с помощью утилиты Windows Unlocker, но она недоступна.

@Tahmeed702 You can try to run the repair process for the current installed version of KES Win. Create a custom installation package KES Win for the installed version using commands from the following article https://support.kaspersky.com/15378#block5 And then uninstall the current version of KES Win https://support.kaspersky.com/15378#block6 Instead of uninstalling, you can run the upgrade process.

Yes, You can wait and get 21.21, but may take time, since this is delivered very gradually... it's up to You if You want to download the new updater and overwrite manually, or wait the 21.21 via auto-update, but the process would be the same, the new version will be installed over current one 🙂 In fact, K21.22 it's already in beta testing, with the new model, K. delivers a new version every few months 🙂

Pardon my curiosity, but if I remember correctly, the last major Kaspersky overhaul to my premium version was months ago, and it downloaded automatically via database updates (I'm talking about the update that adds 'our cybersecurity technologies' section to the security interface), and I didn't have to do anything else. And does that mean this 21.21 version is an optional update, maybe? It makes me a little nervous to manually tamper with the OS or the antivirus once they are installed.😐

No, You can install over previous version 21.20, if You want, You can previously export Your config, and then Import in new version.

Does Kaspersky Premium work alongside second opinion scanners that don't have real-time antivirus? Eset, Emsisoft and Norton all have different signatures than Kaspersky, and they are decent enough to identify PUPs that Kaspersky sometimes misses. I'm mainly interested in scanning my work-related assets with them for adware and PUP detection, but I'm worried that they might interfere with Kaspersky's main components or something. So do they conflict with Kaspersky Premium or not? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. The programmes I'd like to use alongside K if there are no conflicts. Eset online scanner. (No real time protection) Emsisoft emergency kit. (No real time protection and no need to install) Norton Power Eraser. (No real time protection and no need to install) I'm using windows 11 version 24H2 and Kaspersky premium version 21.20.8.505.
