    Hello Eman Esmail, Virus Outbreak is having special Conditions to be triggert so this is not the best for Testing Notification Settings. Do you receive other Notifications from KSC Cloud Console or is the Problem only the one Report? In Case it is the Report you can check the Settings inside the Report if this is maybe having only a special time intervall for Events which are now empty because the 30 Days Standard are overdued. In a Case where no Notifications are received you can check the Notification Settings in the Administration Server Settings and use send Test Message https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/CloudConsole/en-US/180968.htm
  3. I am performing a fresh installation of Kaspersky Security Center (KSC) on Windows. After installation, I have noticed that both the Web Console and the Administration Console (MMC) do not show all the configuration options for the Kaspersky Security for Windows Server 11.0.1.897 application. For example, the options for "Local activity control" and "Network activity control" are not visible in the application's configuration. This situation prevents the complete configuration of protection on devices. I have verified that the administration plug-ins are correctly installed, but the problem persists.   4. У меня с версией 21.22.7.466 (а) все равно в Гугле значки перевернуты. Вчера последнюю версию поставил и проверял после перезагрузки.
  5. Добрый день. Не может удалить унаследованную политику, сервер у нас единственный, политика прилетела скорее всего год назад, когда пробовали поработать с kaspersky security cloud. Соответсвенно на данный момент никакой рабочей области там не осталось. Как быть?

    Premetto che sono anziana ed ho bisogno di tutta la vostra pazienza. Da 2 giorni non riesco più ad entrare nel sito di temu. Mi appare una schermata che allego. Significa che il sito non è più affidabile? fino a tre giorni fa non ci sono mai stati problemi. Grazie a chi vorrà darmi delucidazioni.

  14. Ресурс секретный/ приватный/ локальный? Ну, т.е. можно было бы проверить его открытие у Себя и исключить влияние антивирусных баз. А в остальном, пробуйте отлаживать - отключать поочерёдно компоненты, после собирать файлы трассировок, изучать их.

  16. Starting from version MR13 (already 10 releases, for 2.5 years), TFU is performed in a way without requiring an OS reboot. You still haven't heard anything about it? 🙂
  17. Во всём офисе появилась одинаковая проблема: при открытии интернет ресурса, который раньше не открывал - думает по пол минуты, затем загружает (но может и не загрузить). Сначала грешил на DNS, но достаточно просто закрыть KES и всё начинает быстро загружаться. Компы: Win 10 - 11, KES: 12,5 - 12,10, браузеры разные.

    Hello @kK574outrider, Also, don't worry about being paranoid - you're not - when computers do weird crap it always feels as IF aliens have taken over! Kaspersky uses a TFU (Total Force *Silent* Update) {version/patch} policy - what does that *translate* to the average user? Patches & versions are distributed by Kaspersky in a staggered distribution, they arrive on our computers & sit in the background for 7 days / 168hours - at the end of that period if the computer has not been rebooted - normally notifications are sent advising the user an update is available & they should reboot the device *however* the process you've experienced sound *normal* but possibly *new*; we've reached out to Kaspersky to see if there's been changes; please wait for feedback. One note please - when posting screen-prints, please *maximise* the image, select the tiny square box🔲 so the image fills the screen - the background is beautiful but is of no interest/use Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  20. Hello @kK574outrider, welcome. I actually see a connection with the MR21->MR22 upgrade. The databases in the installer can be a bit older, otherwise you would have to pack a new installer every hour, for example, check it and sign it digitally. With the default settings, an automatic database update takes place after approx. 15 minutes, which you have brought forward with the manual update. Everything is fine.

  23. Thank you for your response. The steps you outlined are exactly what I’ve tried, but they haven’t worked. Specifically: I’m unable to upload a file, as I receive an error message each time at the end of the upload. After submitting my issue (without an attached file), I receive no response or confirmation, and my posts are ignored. I’ve found a temporary workaround by using a VPN to connect to the Kaspersky website from Europe (Germany), which worked successfully (also for attached files), and I got an automatic response. This issue appears to affect only the US website, as far as I can tell.

Kaspersky version 21.22.7.466(a) windows 11 pro Probably a paranoid question, but last Friday Kaspersky suddenly showed an upgrade popup saying 'added support for Opera/improved phishing protection' and a few other things, and after I closed the popup, Microsoft immediately notified me that you need to update your antivirus or turn Windows Defender back on; simultaneously, Kaspersky showed a warning that the database is extremely out of date. So I update the antivirus, and now everything seems to be working fine. My question is, is this how Kaspersky software upgrades work? I'm assuming it was a software upgrade because I installed Kaspersky version 21.21, and now it's 21.22. So it's either a Kaspersky upgrade or a zero-day malware hitting me for no reason lol😅. Here are a few screenshots from my Kaspersky version so the experts here can take a look. Any advice would be appreciated.

  26. Добрый день. Да, агент администрирования "KSC". Попробовал ваш способ, но результат не изменился...(создается папка в ProgramFiles, ярлыка нет, в установленных программах тоже пусто). Может я что-то не так делаю? Скриншоты прикрепил..
  27. День добрый. После развертывания рабочей области, всем пользователям локальной сети была предоставлена ссылка для скачивания клиента. Пользователи скачали и установили программу. Им ввели ключ лицензии но в списках устройств рабочей области компьютеры не отобразились. Кнопки добавить в ручную что то не наблюдаю. Что может быть не так?
