  4. Hi there, sorry I didn't reply. I'm definitely not getting notifications from this forum. But since I'm having another problem that I haven't been able to solve, I came back to ask about it. Kaspersky seems to be blocking Sound Forge 18. It has a right click context menu audio file batch processor. Several of its features that are not working properly and the people on their forum don't know what's wrong. The AI chatbots think "my antivirus" (kaspersky) is interfering with its operation. The main reason they conclude that, is the batch processor scripts can't stop their process (after done their job) and I can see their processes in Process Explorer. I can manually kill some of them but one says "access denied". So that is a clear indication that Kaspersky is interfering with SF18. The problems are that the batch process never processes the last file in a list. It pops up the "apply to all and don't show again" for every file instead of just the first one. In the main program it also has a batch processor but that one doesn't affect files at all. And the first time I tried using the right click batch processor it "couldn't connect to the internet" so it "couldn't run". (No idea why it needs internet connection but ok). I made sure SF18, all its items are set to "trusted" and all their networks are not blocked. I don't know what else to do.

Buongiorno,cercavo chiarimenti: Dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento ( di versione) di Kaspersky Premium verificatesi in data 19/5 ,per quanto mi riguara, alla scansione completa ora viene richiesto SE cambiare le impostazioni di sistema di sospensione fino al completamento della scansione. Volevo chiarimenti su questo, cosa comporta ORA ,visto che precedentemente le scansioni complete non richiedevano questa richiesta e la scansione avveniva senza problemi. Preciso che ,personalmente effetto da 1 a 2 scansioni complete OGNI giorno. Mi permetto di segnalare anche il fastidio che mi arreca questa cosa . Grazie buon lavoro e buona gironata

  14. @Aramanthine hello. KSC uses "Device ID" identifier, look at the article https://support.kaspersky.com/ksc/15.1/3912 Dynamic IP for controlled devices isn't a problem for KSC.

To fix this issue, check existing policy and place it with a new one, if it has non-Latin characters in its name: 1. In the NSX web console: Navigate to Security → Endpoint Protection Policies. 2. Delete the existing policy with Non-Latin characters in its name. 3. Create a new policy using English-only naming conventions.

    Bloqueio de site

    Estou com um problema onde ao bloquear um site especifico o kaspersky bloqueia o acesso no aplicativo de um banco o "itau", quando eu desativo la no controle da web o bloqueio do site, o aplicativo volta ao normal, ou seja, kaspersky mesmo com a configuração do bloqueio para apenas um site especifico ele ta bloqueando tudo, mesmo o site do banco estar como liberado na regra de exclusão e na regra.
  19. Для начала нужно смотреть журналы антивируса в интерфейсе программы. Если антивирус что-то блокирует, то это по идее должно писаться в журналы. Так же нужно смотреть системные журналы. Там должна быть ошибка запуска сервиса. Ошибка 1068 как правило означает, что сервис не может запустить дочернюю службу. Нужно проверить, что все сервисы, нужные для работы openvpn в доверенных у антивируса. Но для понимания проблемы этих логов может быть недостаточно. Так что лучше все-таки в техподдержку. На форуме мы не можем подобные вещи запрашивать.

  24. В доверенных тоже есть openvpngai. Пишет: Найдена новая проводная сеть Ethernet. Название Адаптер: TAP-Windows Adapter V9 Доверять новой сети? Я отвечаю: Да, разрешить любую сетевую активность. После этого сервис openvpnservice перестает работать. При перезапуске выдают ошибку 1068.

    Welcome to Kaspersky Community. Please provide version of K. product installed. Also, move all the ScreenConnect entries in Low Restrict to Trusted. Hum very suspicious NTUSERDAT.DAT is also in Low Restricted 🤔 Did You try to add the Exclusion when prompted?
  26. его нужно в доверенные добавлять, а не в исключения судя по всему. Что есть в журнале антивируса по поводу openvpn? потому что фраза: ни о чем не говорит. Нужно знать, что именно происходит.
