  2. Добрый день, прошу рассмотреть пожелание - а именно - поменять логику добавления правил сетевого экрана. На данный момент для добавления правила приходится производить четыре действия - что неудобно : 1. 2. 3. Предлагаю реализовать: 1. сделать возможность сохранения последнего выбранного действия - вместо "Разрешить" на первом скрине станет "Разрешить, создав правило" (позволит сэкономить два действия) 2. сделать выпадающий список в кнопке "Разрешить / Запретить" - перенести пункты из "Создать правило на основе действия" (позволит избавиться от лишнего клика) 3. в идеале - сделать комбинированное окно где сразу будет окно добавления

  6. 1) Hi yes, the mac firewall is always on as that is for inbound hacking attacks, little snitch is used for outbound dialing (well it's much easier to use than the mac firewall for that purpose). 2) Kaspersky is not installed right now on the mac, but thanks for that and I will keep a bookmark to this if I decide to install it then need to uninstall. 3) Understood 4) Yes I had seen the list which is actually what prompted the topic to begin with, as the info on it is from over half a decade back, hence, I was hoping the situation had changed. 5) Interesting point. I think I will just use malwarebytes on the mac, it's already been on it since day one with little snitch and zero issues. I can do a manual scan for windows malware once a week with a free offline scanner, that will do for now.
  7. Тут возможны несколько вариантов. Возможны проблемы на ДНС-серверах провайдера, либо что-то не то прописано на роутере. Но поскольку на смартфонах проблем нет, то вроде бы эти варианты исключаются. Значит возможно была подмена ДНС-серверов на самом компьютере. Которая купировалась, когда вы прописали сервера вручную. Я бы на всякий случай проверил компьютер с помощью KVRT, например.

And now when I try to loin the KSC, I get this error: Invalid administration server certificate file, i have assigned the browser manually as well and it also accepted that certificate, but then this error pops up. Any help will be appreciated, please.
  9. We have a scenario where the SQL server is utilizing too many resources, and KSC freezes regularly. How can we optimize this situation and run KSC smoothly? We're using Microsoft SQL Server 2016, and KSC manages 2500 workstations. I tried performing the "Admin server maintenance" task and enabled shrink database. We are running "Malware scan" and "update task" on all workstations using a single task.

    @harlan4096 @Vimaro i have 3 kaspersky security center : 1. kaspersky security center version 14.2 ( windows server 2016 64 bit ) 2. kaspersky security center version 15 ( windows server 2022 64 bit ) 3. kaspersky security center version 15 ( windows server 2016 64 bit ) and also i try in kaspersky workstation ( standalone ) to send email report. all of the kaspersky center and endpoint can't send the report

  17. Hallo @Reinhold, willkommen. Ärgerlich, wenn etwas nicht wie erwartet funktioniert. Kannst Du uns bitte Dein verwendetes Betriebssystem (iOS, Android, ???) und die Kaspersky-Version mitteilen? Möglicherweise kann ein anderer User Rat geben. Auf meinem (noch) Android 14 konnte ich noch kein Problem mit dem VPN feststellen. PS: nach Deiner Rückmeldung werde ich für Deinen Post ein eigenes Thema erstellen. Die Problematik scheint eine andere wie die der Vorposter zu sein.

  19. Ich habe KTS und VPN, nach nicht funktionieren des VPN auf Mobiltelefon habe ich das Gerät gelöscht und neu installiert. Ist nervend aber hat funktioniert aber nach 2 Wochen hat er den VPN Premium wieder verloren und hatte im KTS nur mehr den Gratiszugang mit 300 MB, wieder Support kontaktieren..... nervig. So vertreibt man langjährige Kunden. Die Totaleinrichtung ist ja auch nicht in einigen Minuten passiert.

  23. Hallo @Horna, willkommen. Eine spezielle Option zum Sichern der URLs ist mir persönlich nicht bekannt. Was Du versuchen kannst: unter "Einstellungen" findest Du ganz unten "Einstellungen verwalten". Dort wird Dir angeboten, die Einstellungen in eine selbst zu benennende Datei zu exportieren. Diese kannst Du dann auf dem anderen Rechner im gleichen Fenster wieder importieren. Zwei Dinge noch: - es werden alle Einstellungen übertragen. Wenn Du verschiedene Scan-/Update-/Schutzeinstellungen benutzt, mußt Du diese nach dem Import evtl. wiederherstellen - ich bin mir nicht zu 100% sicher, ob die URLs inbegriffen sind. Da hilft leider nur Ausprobieren.

    Are you sure that it was the developer?) It's almost impossible to contact them directly (with rare exceptions - KVRT/KRD, for example).

    @AlexeyK Thanks for infos, I can do the traces, but I'd prefer to send them directly to a developer Or watch it myself, if I don't need internal software to interpret it I'm still waiting for support to get back to me to let me know that a bug I discovered has been fixed (fixed for 1 or 2 years...). Luckily, I was in contact with a developer on this forum who informed me of the resolution Trust in support is... Let's say...

    And what about trace files? Enable application tracing and save changes -> reproduce the issue -> disable tracing and save changes -> create and save report -> send this archive and the GSI log to customer service. Default settings: 15 minutes after launching the Kaspersky app + more than two hours after the last update. If both conditions are true - the update check should be started automatically.
