  8. Всё нормально. 21.21 +Катана работают на ноуте Lenovo G505 c 10 домашней виндой без глюков. 21.22 глючит на нём даже без Катаны. Техподдержка затребовала отчёт утилиты GSI-дал но естественно с 21.21 Если что-запрос INC000017775781

  14. Не утерпел-поставил любезно предоставленную Friend версию. Оказалась чт она-Стандарт-но после подключения к моему аккаунту в моём Касперском-там подписка на премиум-стал Премиумом. Как интересно. Пока каких либо глюков не наблюдаю. Сейчас делаю проверки-поиски уязвимостей, повреждений системы и так далее... Попроверяю пару дней и верну Катану-по всему выходит-не виноватая она. Потом отпишу. Но пока-предвварительно-вот так. Да Ноут-Lenovo G505 Винда-10 домашняя PS. Напомню что на стационарном-сделал скрин-21.22 работает нормально-с Катаной Я вчера её и со стационарного удалил-но видать зря. Поддался панике. Но можно понять. На любое действие мыргает экран-и ничего. Не войти никуда ничего не запустить-выключать разве что кнопкой.

IF the *new* Kaspersky {premium - plus - standard} is purchased from a Kaspersky website - the following points 1. to 4. are *true*: Auto-renewal will be ON -> after purchase the subscriber can turn auto-renewal OFF via their MyKaspersky account OR IF the option is not available - log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service & they will assist turning auto-renewal OFF. Read: How to disable license auto-renewal for Kaspersky solutions for home. The subscription will *activate* when the payment is processed, not when the software is installed. Kaspersky *activation-codes* have been replaced by Kaspersky License-codes; Kaspersky will send two emails with instructions - but - no activation code - the License-code will automatically be saved in (your) MyKaspersky account when the subscription is paid for; the emails will guide you on the process to install & activate the software on your device. Kaspersky Internet Security has been replaced by Kaspersky Standard -> Kaspersky are offering a *free* upgrade to Kaspersky Standard.   21. While my computer is running, whenever I launch Kaspersky, within 5–10 minutes my screen turns black and then comes back after about 2 seconds. I tested this many times and confirmed that Kaspersky is the cause. The issue happens even if I am idle on the desktop, without running any other applications. System details: -Operating System: Windows 10 Home, Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.6216) -Kaspersky version: 21.22.7.466(a) -GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB -Driver version tested: Latest driver 581.15 WHQL, also tested older versions with DDU clean install = issue persists -I don't use any other security software -Kaspersky settings: Default -Background apps: None (to minimize conflicts, I closed all unnecessary apps) Here are the troubleshooting steps I've already tried: -Updated GPU drivers (tested both latest and older versions) -Used DDU to perform clean driver reinstallations -Verified Windows is fully updated -Verified system integrity with: . "sfc /scannow" . "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" . "chkdsk C: /f /r" -Hardware has been tested and confirmed working normally I'm attaching a screenshot of the Windows Event Viewer section related to the error. Any testing in the Community is necessarily limited (by us) bc: (1) we don't have a Tablet device & (2) *most importantly* -> secure sites such as Government, Educational, Medical, etc - where an authenticated-verified-account has to be created & regional regional restrictions etc may apply, make such testing almost impossible, having said that - using our KPM on an Android device - for the Myindici portal -> the KPM app *automatically* prompted for the *login-username & password* & saved those to the KPM app. The 1 - identifies that KPM has saved the data: As with (your) previous *similar* issues, please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts; on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history.     Having read my original post, I realise it gives the wrong impression. Kapersky password manager works perfectly well on the two android devices except when attempting to access the Myindici portal.

    Bonjour à tous, Je souhaite partager un problème que je rencontre depuis plusieurs mois avec Kaspersky. J’en avais déjà parlé ici: Depuis un certain temps, aucun de mes mots de passe sur Kaspersky — que ce soit avec la version Plus ou maintenant Premium — ne fonctionne correctement. Une fois le mot de passe saisi et confirmé, je ne peux plus le réutiliser. Je suis obligé de passer en mode sans échec et d’utiliser l’utilitaire de réinitialisation de mot de passe, le fichier KLAPR.bat, qui fonctionne très bien d’ailleurs, et qui se trouve sur la page "J'ai oublié le mot de passe. Que dois-je faire ?" afin de pouvoir accéder de nouveau à Kaspersky. Je crée alors un nouveau mot de passe, mais le problème se répète : une fois validé, il devient inutilisable. Je précise que j’ai l’habitude d’utiliser des mots de passe assez robustes. Je suis sur un compte local, et aussi bien mon compte administrateur que mon compte utilisateur sont protégés par mot de passe. Quel que soit le site, le programme (courriel, téléphone Apple ou Android, etc.) ou le système d’exploitation Window ou Linux, je n’avais jamais rencontré ce type de problème. Kaspersky est le seul logiciel avec lequel cela se produit. Ma question est donc la suivante : quelqu’un a-t-il déjà rencontré ce problème ? Et si oui, comment l’avez-vous résolu ? Merci,
