Even when i remove Kaspersky from the Windows, problem stays the same. Because Kaspersky permanently breaked some things on the Windows. Everything works fine with fresh Windows install and without Kaspersky.

Hi folks, been trawling the interwebs and forums etc for a few days to try and solve this issue but all of the suggestions I'm seeing on other people's similar issues are simply not working for me! So... had Kaspersky Safe Kids installed on a Samsung Flip 6 phone (UK, O2 network)... has been installed for approx 1 year I'm guessing and worked generally OK in that time. At Christmas, the user got a new phone. I set up a new "child" profile and installed KSK on the new device, no problem, all good on the new phone. The old phone is now going to be sold, but I need to remove KSK from it before I can do a factory reset. And therein lies the problem, I cannot for the life of me get the thing to uninstall and it's driving me around the bend! I started with Kaspersky's own instructions... open the app on the device > click 'for parents' > click 'uninstall' > enter credentials... as soon as I enter the credentials, it quickly flashes up "signing in" but then goes back to the parent's screen again... if i click 'uninstall' again, we get stuck in the same loop where I sign in then it's straight back to the parents screen. I found an older thread on this forum about going onto the desktop parents control and disabling the monitoring etc first, then try again, but have the same issue. Every time I sign in on the device and choose 'uninstall', it throws me back to the main screen and I get a dropdown notification saying "Uninstalling... can't uninstall active device admin app" with a link inviting me to "manage device admin apps".... when I click that option, I get a screen showing KSK with a bullet-list of all the functions KSK has control over, and two options at the bottom: [Cancel] or [Deactivate]... unfortunately, the option I want (deactivate) is greyed out and not available. When I try to close the app and start over, I get a message saying "Security policy restricts you from stopping this application". I did manage to find an alternative route where I was asked to sign in to my KSK account and when I entered the password, I got the parents screen with a popup saying "are you sure you want to uninstall this app?" however when I click 'yes', it just darkens the screen and shows the spinning wheel saying "please wait..." - that just stays on the screen for eternity but doesn't actually do anything (i left it for up to 20 mins at one point, just in case it was taking its time, but it still did nothing). I am literally going around in circles with everything I try but getting absolutely nowhere. I need this removed as a matter of urgency as the phone is being sold to a family member (an adult) who is currently without a phone and needing one! Is anyone able to help solve this issue before my final remaining strands of non-grey hair turn grey?! 😭

We use Endpoint Security Cloud and it seems like after every major update we have a handful of devices with the following messages: -Security application is installed but it is not running. -Security application is installed but real-time protection is disabled. Restarting the client does not help. The only fix seems to be manually removing Kaspersky and reinstalling, which can be time consuming. Is there a quicker repair fix for this?

Prezados, Venho por meio deste manifestar formalmente minha insatisfação com a condução do suporte técnico referente ao incidente INC000017993634, aberto para tratar de problemas no Kaspersky Premium (VPN), especificamente quanto à conectividade via rede móvel (3G, 4G ou 5G) em dispositivos iOS. Desde a abertura do incidente, deixei claramente registrado que existem inconsistências graves de conexão, uma vez que meu iPhone 13 (iOS) apenas ativa a VPN quando conectado a uma rede Wi-Fi. Em redes móveis (3G, 4G ou 5G, operadora Vivo), a VPN simplesmente não conecta, conforme detalhado repetidas vezes neste mesmo chamado. De forma objetiva, o problema apresentado é o seguinte: O aplicativo não conecta nem ativa a VPN ao utilizar rede móvel (3G, 4G ou 5G); A VPN funciona exclusivamente em redes Wi-Fi; Esse mesmo problema já ocorreu anteriormente, foi relatado no fórum da Kaspersky e da Apple (App Store), corrigido à época, e voltou a se manifestar após uma atualização de software. Em resumo, no primeiro teste solicitado, realizei todas as verificações de configuração no dispositivo. Posteriormente, foi efetuada a coleta de dados conforme instruções, utilizando os aplicativos da Apple Store "AIDA64" e "TestFlight", com o devido encaminhamento das informações no dia 16 de dezembro de 2025, às 14:25 (horário do Brasil), para o e-mail *****@*****.tld. Apesar de toda essa colaboração, recebi posteriormente uma solicitação para instalar o Wireshark e realizar testes em conexão 5G, o que causa estranheza imediata, considerando que: O Wireshark não pode ser instalado em dispositivos iOS; Trata-se de uma ferramenta voltada a ambientes desktop para análise de tráfego de rede; Em nenhum momento foi explicado, de forma técnica e objetiva, como esse teste deveria ser executado no contexto de um celular iOS. Diante disso, respondi solicitando esclarecimentos detalhados sobre a execução do procedimento, considerando as limitações técnicas do sistema operacional. Permaneci aguardando orientações coerentes. Para minha total surpresa, recebi posteriormente uma nova resposta do suporte técnico instruindo-me a: Acessar a área do Kaspersky para Android; Baixar e instalar um arquivo APK no celular; Seguir um manual completo voltado exclusivamente para dispositivos Android. Ressalto que meu aparelho é iOS, fato claramente informado desde o início do incidente e plenamente comprovado pelos dados e arquivos já encaminhados. Em nenhum momento foram fornecidas: Orientações para reinstalação do software Kaspersky Premium (VPN) para iOS; Instruções passo a passo compatíveis com o sistema operacional iOS; Qualquer correlação técnica entre as instruções enviadas e o ambiente real do problema. Esclareço ainda que o aplicativo não estava instalado em meu celular, e que hoje realizei uma nova instalação exclusivamente para verificar se o problema havia sido corrigido. No entanto, para minha surpresa, mais uma vez, o problema persiste exatamente da mesma forma, confirmando que não se trata de erro pontual de instalação. Essa situação é, no mínimo, surreal. Ela demonstra uma falta grave de atenção, leitura e conhecimento técnico básico por parte do suporte, além de indicar que as respostas fornecidas são genéricas, automatizadas ou totalmente desconectadas do caso em análise. Sempre confiei e utilizei os produtos da Kaspersky. Contudo, diante do ocorrido, a credibilidade do suporte técnico fica seriamente comprometida. Um produto de segurança não se sustenta apenas pela tecnologia, mas principalmente pela qualidade, precisão e coerência do suporte, o que infelizmente não está sendo observado neste atendimento. Diante de todo o exposto, registro formalmente minha frustração com a condução deste incidente e deixo claro que, nas condições atuais, não há confiança na efetividade do suporte prestado. Ich habe am Wochenende diesen mal auf den aktuellsten Stand gebracht und wollte mein Password zum Einloggen ändern. Bin mir aber nicht sicher, bezgl. des Masterkennwortes. Ist es das womit ich mich immer einlogge ? Wenn nein und ich besagtes Masterkennwort nicht mehr haben sollte, was kann ich tun ?
