Здравствуйте! У меня активная подписка Kaspersky Plus (оплачена до конца августа 26 года ). До вчерашнего дня в VPN было 85+ стран, включая Украину, Турцию, Аргентину и т.д. — всё работало идеально. Сегодня захожу: - без входа в аккаунт (гостевой режим) — видно все страны, включая Украину - как только логиняюсь в свой plus аккаунт — список серверов урезается в 3–5 раз, Украина и ещё куча стран просто исчезают Переустанавливал приложение, чистил кэш, выходил/заходил в акк, перезагружал комп — нихера не помогает Версия - новейшая , на айфоне и пк пользуюсь Это что за херня ?Что за кидалово ? Я за Plus бабки плачу именно за полный список серверов и неограниченный трафик, а не чтобы мне половину стран вырезали при входе . Верните все серверы обратно или хотя бы объясните, почему так происходит и что за херня такая . Жду срочного ответа, потому что VPN сейчас вообще бесполезный у меня

J'aurais pu attendre la fin de la licence actuelle et voir comment ça se passait et probablement que ça aurait été automatique. Mais là, je ne suis pas perdant en faisant comme ça car sur la licence de l'année dernière il me restait 1 mois et la nouvelle licence a une validité de 13 mois au lieu de 12 (car 1 mois offert pour compenser le démarrage immédiat de la licence lorsque je l'ai achetée sur le site). En fait, dès le départ j'ai un "problème" avec la date de début et fin de licence car j'avais commencé à prendre Kaspersky en décembre mais les offres promos intéressantes tombent durant le Black Friday. Du coup, quand je veux en profiter avant la fin d'une licence, il me reste toujours 1 mois. En général, le support technique que je contacte fait le nécessaire pour me rajouter 1 mois mais je retombe toujours en décembre par la suite.🤣

Then why does ti work on my smartphone? I have the problem only on my PC. Same network...

The problem is not with the VPN gateways. They seems to work perfectly. What is being blocked in the VPN traffic from the client to any VPN gateway. How you know it? use a different VPN and create a VPN tunnel of Kaspersky within it to any gateway, and all is working. (normally) you cannot use the same device for both VPNs (daisy chain the VPNs). As it seems right now, based on the fact we can't even ping anything, the most obvious explanation is that either the gateways are blocked or the traffic is dropped. This is not going to be solved unless Kaspersky is going to use another VPN protocol and/or use other gateways (unlikely). Shame, I really loved this VPN.

Merhaba. Bundan tam 10 saat önce Kaspersky Premium for Mac ile tarama başlattım ancak 10 saattir hep aynı aşamada takılı halde kaldı. İlerlemiyor. Yardım edin lütfen. Nasıl çözülür?

Sorry about that. OS: Windows 11 Home edition, Macos Sequoia 15.7.2 and IOS 18.6.2 This is transversal to these OS's. The Kaspersky VPN version is the latest, I was forced to update because everything stopped working as it should. My Kaspersky app just changed its behaviour and I suddenly lost some servers (that I usually use), I had a new Eula, and lost the double VPN option, (which I also usually use). I was informed in the new Eula that there is new conditions about how my data is processed. This is not what I've paid for, as apparently Kaspersky silently changed the terms of the subscription and lower the security framework of the vpn service removing the double vpn option.

Аналогичная ерунда второй день. Вчера помогла переустановка KSC, а сегодня снова не работает. Буду тоже писать в саппорт

К этой теме не относится, но приятно когда люди признают свой ошибки! Прислали письмо , что по ошибке файл детектился как опасный , но оказалось , что всё поменялось с предыдущих проверок и человек написал об этом! 😁

After a forced update of kaspersky VPN, the list of servers reduced from 100 to 86 and I lost the double VPN tab. Now I can't use double VPN anymore. Anyone have any idea why?

Ciao @Ricky1234 Io ho avuto lo stesso problema e con questo metodo a me ha funzionato. Riattiva servizi relativi a Hyper-v.
