Добрый день, проблема будет решена в следующем обновлении версии (21.23). Временное обходное решение - установить предыдущую версию (21.21) и отключить автоматическое обновление до 21.22. Чтобы продукт не обновился автоматически на более новую версию, необходимо добавить в реестре строковый параметр IsVersionUpdateEnabled со значением 0 Последовательность действий: 1. Установить 21.21 2. Отключить Самозащиту в настройках продукта. 3. Выгрузить продукт (правой кнопкой мыши по иконке в трее и выбрать "Выход") 4. Открыть редактор реестра: Нажмите на «Пуск» левой кнопкой мыши; В правой колонке найдите пункт «Выполнить» (оба шага можно заменить сочетанием Win+R) В окошке «Запуск программы» напишите команду «regedit» (без кавычек) и нажать кнопку «ОК» 5. Затем перейдите в раздел реестра: Для x64 операционной системы: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\KasperskyLab\AVP21.21\environment добавить string (строковый) параметр IsVersionUpdateEnabled со значением 0. Для x86 операционной системы:: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\AVP21.21\environment добавить string (строковый) параметр IsVersionUpdateEnabled со значением 0. 6. Запустить продукт и включить Самозащиту. Приносим извинения за причиненные неудобства.

Hola, Con el mismo servidor webmail (roundcube), misma versión de Kaspersky Premium, mismo S.O., en casa si me sale la nueva pantalla, pulsando descargar me descarga el adjunto sin problemas, en el curro no me aparece dicha pantalla, y también descargo adjuntos sin problemas. Saludos

Я удалял KSC и переустанавливал, но в прошлые разы все устройства сохранялись подсоединенными к серверу, а сейчас их нет. Указывается, что на устройствах нет агента, хотя он есть и был подключен к прошлому KSC. Данные не поменялись, но коннекта нет. Как можно это исправить исключая ручную переустановку на каждом устройстве? Домена нет.

Почему если продлевать подписку вручную предлагаются скидки. А если автопродление (что в принципе удобно) то нет? или код приходит для получения скидки и его не куда вставить в своём "кабинете"?

Что в разгоне, что без разгона скорость одинаковая. Даже энерго ядра отключал. Смысла нет в ограничении. Выставил по умолчанию. XMP профиль для оперативки заводской 5600 только установил. На 4800 также работает. Думаю железо не причём. Что-то с сетью.

Любой, а есть какие то сомнения?

Честно говоря ничего не понял. Какая скорость стало после ограничения частоты процессора?
