VPN перестал работать после обновления и уплаты сервиса на следующий временной этап. Нет подключения ни к одному серверу. Хотя до этого все было.

Gezwungermaßen den VPN auf "Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection" umgestellt da die Vorgängerversion nur noch 300 MB/Tag zu gelassen hatte. Doch jetzt funktionieren diverse Apps nicht mehr im Tunnel, vor allem die für die es Wichtig wäre wie Heizungsteuerung, Videoüberwachung... und selbst der Googlekalender funktioniert nicht mehr. Abgesehen von dieser Scheiße wird eine Verbindung zum VPN Server in Frankfurt nicht hergestellt.

Unfortunately, so far, I've been unable to fix that on my own. Some users reported that the issue seemingly went away after updating Windows and Kaspersky databases to the latest version, and others tried whitelisting the application and reinstalling the affected application, but I've had no success with any of those options. Some users just ignored the warnings, since they were unable to fix the issue. Assuming it's a false positive and happens with multiple applications, my best guess is that the best course of action currently would be to contact Kaspersky support and provide the files they request for analysis. That way, they can identify the exact cause of the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Just like MH38918 i have the same problem since last update and just like G68 i have the same problem when it connects. I don't know who decided that update but it's really awful and made me think about renewing my subscription with Kaspersky hugely.

Und mit Deutschland ging es gar nicht, Meldung: Bitte überprüfen Sie ihre Internetverbindung oder wenden sie sich an den Kundendienst. Super, jetzt geht gar nichts mehr.

Что же это за работа ВПН, если заблоченные ресурсы не работают?! ВПН для того и покупается(в большинстве случаев), что бы обходить блокировки. То что вы описали как "работа", с таким же успехом можно просматривать сайты и без ВПН. результат тот же

Şu anda bende hiçbir şekilde bağlanamıyorum. Bayağı severek kullanıyordum, hatta başka forumlarda da öneriyordum. Artık hiç bulaşmam. Samimi olmayacağını bilsem de insan bir açıklama yapar, en azından özür diler. Şimdi para verdiğim şeyi kullanamadığım için boş yere farklı bir VPN indireceğim.

Ich weiss es nicht. Meine Vermutung, das hängt mit den Mehrfachlizenzen zusammen. Dort kann man ja andere "einladen". Wenn man das ändern möchte wäre blöd wenn die automatisch verlängert werden, das ist aber nur eine grobe Vermutung.

На данный момент у меня заработал самый быстрый сервер, другие не пробовал. Вчера писал в поддержку, сегодня получил ответ с шагами диагностики для сбора отчётов. Но я ничего не делал, ответил им, что всё заработало.

Danke für Eure Hilfe. Habe gerade noch einmal in der App ( VPN & Security ) nachgesehen und festgestellt, dass die Lizenz noch bis zum 31.12.2025 läuft. Wenn keine automatische Verlängerung möglich sein sollte, werde ich die App löschen und über den Samsung Store mit dem Schlüssel dann neu installieren. Beim PC bis läuft sie bis 11.01.2026. Werde dann den Schlüssel direkt im Programm eingeben. Ich werde berichten, ob es funktioniert hat. Warum macht man es seitens Kaspersky so kompliziert ? 😒

Pure Vpn 'e geçilmiş, altyapı değişti muhtemelen. VPN 'e çok zor bağlanıyor, bazen bağlanmıyor, bağlansa bile hız eskisi gibi değil. Kaspersky 'ın VPN özelliği artık herkesin gözünde sıfır. Oysa ki eskiden tanıdıklarımıza şöyle iyi böyle hızlı diye tavsiye ederdim.

Kesinlikle rezalet. PureVPN 'e geçilmiş olması ayrı bir gizlilik sorunu zaten. Bunun haricinde de VPN 'e eskisi gibi hızlıca bağlanma, hızlı gezinti hepsi gitti. Bazen hiç bağlanamadığı oluyor. Kendi ayağına neden sıkarlar ki?

@Гризли информации из dxdiag или других инструментов в некоторых случаях, наверно, может хватить, но наша техподдержка запрашивает сбор данных нашими же инструментами, т.к. они специально разработаны для сбора информации, учетом опыта диагностики и решения возможных проблем в работе продуктов Лаборатории Касперского. Собирать необходимые данные другими средствами можно, но, скорее всего, это будет дольше и сложнее. Какие именно сведения собираются и зачем, указано в лицензионном соглашении утилиты GetsystemInfo, которое пользователь принимает или не принимает при её запуске. В любом случае Вы можете отказаться от передачи данных, но в этом мы не можеи гарантировать, что получится провести полноценную диагностику и найти решение. Посмотрим в Вашем конкретном случае, можно ли на данном этапе обойтись без сбора дополнительных отчетов, вижу, что трассировки Secure Connection Вы уже прислали. Уточните, пожалуйста, на проблемном устройстве вы уже обновили приложение до последней версии? Трассировки от 30.11 были собраны с версии 21.8, довольно старой, последняя 21.23.

A similar issue happened to me when executing Black Desert Online, but only when the game is running (always memory detection, not the .exe itself). My case happened in a PC that was just formatted and has only the game on it; I find it highly unlikely for it to not be a false positive. Complete system scans detect no threats, and updating Windows/Kaspersky databases did nothing. Furthermore, multiple users across different regions/systems recently reported having the same issue when executing Black Desert with Kaspersky.

Да и у меня такое же ощущение. Спасибо , но дело в достойном сервисе и как можно быстром решении проблем , люди заплатили и не получают достойного сервиса и ещё бьются как исправить причем люди не глупые все знают что и как и почему.
