Здравствуйте. Имелось 2 сервера KSC Linux (15.4) один для внутренней сети другой для интернета. Сеть разделенна UserGate. Сервер KSC интернет находился в серой зоне. Поступила задача KSC в серой зоне интернета убрать и все перевести на единый сервер. Что сделали: 1. UserGate был перенастроен для пропуска трафика (по портам) от внутреннего KSC к машине с установленным KSC интернета 2. На внутреннем KSC была созданна группа управления в составе основной группы - так и названна "Наружа" 3. На KSC интернета собственно были прижаты все сервисы KSC и оставлен только klnagent64 и kesl. klnagent был переключен на адрес внутреннего KSC 4. На внутреннем KSC в настройках созданна точка распростроения (указана машина на которой стоит шлюз - проверенно с внутреннего KSC до этой машины и обратно пинги ходят) 5. Точка распостронения была обозначенна настройками как "Шлюз подключения" 6. Шлюз подключения был переведен в Группу управления "Наружа" и там виден и отображается. Не разрывать связь с сервером администирования установлена. 7. Проверяем с интернета видимость шлюза подключения через агент пользователя на удаленном компьютере - подключение есть. Но компьютеры подключающиеся с интернета не отображабтся не в "Нераспространенных устройствах" не в группе "Наружа" - подскажите как это исправить, чтобы компьютеры интернета отобразились в Группе управления "Наружа".

La suscripción es nueva osea es la renovación de mi licencia, recién actualizada, la idea es conectar me el dispositivo nuevo y venir a esta pagina y desde allí pensé que encontraría los clientes o las apps para instalarlas en este cliente nuevo. Me puedes sacar de una duda, como vinculo un dispositivo nuevo si no tiene el kaspersky instalado? y ahora que ya fui maquina a maquina instalando y que ya se ven los dispositivos desde allí todavía esta deshabilitado eso.

Me parece bastante extraño que haya miles de usuarios usando este producto, y seas el único con este problema que haya aparecido en esta comunidad en busca de ayuda 🤔 Módulos que puede ralentizar la navegación: Navegación Privada y Anti-Banner, por defecto, vienen desactivados. Otra causa que puede ralentizar la navegación es haber subido el nivel de seguridad (o también el nivel de análisis heurístico) en el módulo Navegación Segura. ¿Qué sistemas operativos tienes instalados en tus sistemas, están completamente actualizados? ¿Además de Kaspersky, tienes instalados otros productos de seguridad que puedan interferir con su funcionamiento? Касперский ругается правильно. На вашем первом скриншоте видно что сертификат выдан для домена *.hosting.reg.ru. Что не имеет никакого отношения к домену вашего сайта.

Отключить в свойствах группы, а не удалить задачу. Прощёлкайте все группы, найдите и уберите установленною галку:
