Does Karpesky VPN cover hotspot traffic?

I'm using a translator because I don't know English, please excuse my mistakes. 

Hello dear forum members, does Karpesky VPN also cover hotspot traffic? I have a 15 GB sharing limit for hotspot on my mobile network and I need to include the hotspot in order to bypass it.
