Хочу прояснить: я ни в коем случае не рекомендовал использовать CentOS 7 в продакшене или как официально поддерживаемую ОС. Речь шла о временном обходном решении в случае, если установка Web Console на ALT Linux 10 не работает корректно (службы не запускаются, порт не слушает, в логах — пусто). Такой опыт может быть полезен другим пользователям, которые столкнулись с теми же симптомами. Возможно, будет уместно не удалять подобные сообщения, а снабдить их модераторским комментарием, что это неофициальное решение и не предназначено для промышленного применения. I have the same issue that just occurred today, and the link to the global technical support doesn't work. Are there any suggestions on how to export my passwords? I've tried through MyKaspersky account online, and through the app but continue to get the notice about a free version. Thanks.

"Authentication failed." "The username or password is incorrect." The error occurs after upgrading KSC from 14.2 to 15.1 in Web Console; we are entering the correct login credentials, but it is not logging in. I tried reissuing the certificate, then reinstalling and repairing it, but I was unable to resolve the issue. KSC is not Opening but KSC service is running , we have solved this case by Installing KSC again and restore last old backup

How do you update Kaspersky Netagent from KSC Cloud Console , through remote installation task ..?? It is not really necessary to update Netagent frequently, so I would advise updating it by approving Kaspersky seemless updates rather than pushing updates via remote installation task.

I have reinstalled my system and saved .cfg file before that. However, it does not seem like any of the settings from my previous config are applied and kaspersky total security is bombarding me with adware detected, threat detected, etc. when it should not.

Hello, It's better to install KSC on a new server then move all devices from old KSC to the new one using "Change Administration Server" task : https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/15.1/en-US/218291.htm You can also export/import policies & tasks.

Hello WingHung, Please correct me if I'm wrong, so you say that when you install a package (NA + KES) it returns an error but you figure out that the installation completed & you find out the NA & KES upgraded?

К сожалению, KSCL не поддерживается для установки на CentOS: https://support.kaspersky.com/KSCLinux/15.1/ru-RU/255791.htm Необходимо перейти на одну из поддерживаемых ОС в списке, так как KSCL имеет возможность установки только на ОС, которые поддерживают deb дистрибутивы.
