I can't installed it.

It brings me the message: "Application isn't installed. Try again".

Only available option is "Send and close" (which doesn't seems to do something).

I'm at Win 10 Pro x64.

Now what?

Welcome!

  1. At what stage during the install does *Kaspersky Free* generate the Application isn't installed. Try again alert? 
  2. Does (your) computer comply with Hardware & Software requirements, readHardware and software requirements - is the OS a commercial release - not Insider preview or Beta
  3. Have Checks during application installation been done, readHow to install the application?
  4. IF all of 1. 2. 3. are ok - shutdown the computer using *Shutdown*, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login, dowload this installer: - https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/free-antivirus & retry.

Yes, 1,2 and 3 are OK.

Hardware and software requirements are met, I tried after a complete shutdown and wait a bit and it's the official release (the free one). From the drop down menu, I choose the one for EU/

The error screen, is the very first screen it throws and it brings it up, after some seconds.

Did you check your disk surface → "CHKDSK /F" ?

Unfortunately Kaspersky  Technical Support is not available for Kaspersky Free,
and for privacy reasons we don't request System Logs on this Forum ...
