I'm Kaspersky Anti-Virus 10 device user for many years ago and discontinued the renewal.
planning to downgrade the plan since I don't use that much device anymore.
Bought a Kaspersky standard 3 device 2 year license.
but when activating using the activation code
it says invalid region, then I uninstall the old kaspersky anti-virus
and installed kaspersky standard free.
then after activating it say the license is not support on this app.
so is this kaspersky standard is not for windows 10/11?
because when I'm on mykaspersky subscription,
trying to download on subscription it only shows mobile.
did try send download link to email but when open it on PC
there is no any action or download from the link provided.
even when I click on "click on here to download again."
when logged in my account to the kaspersky standard app on PC
my windows PC dosn't show up on Kaspersky Standard license subscription
it keeps showing up on Kaspersky Anti-virus (old subscription 10 device)
any solution should I do?

can I file for a refund?
since this plan looks incompatible for windows.

As you can see the new subscription Kaaspersky Standard are not indicated compatible to windows PC.

look at the old subscription indicates compatible with windows.



is this why Kaspersky Standard subscription can't activate on windows?

As mentioned before.

1. In the first place I logged in to Kaspersky Anti-Virus but the activation code did not work it shows error not available on my region. but I bought the product in my region (Taiwan). so to download Kaspersky Anti-Virus compatible for windows from my old subscription won't solve the problem.


2. As you provided download link of Kaspersky Standard (free), yes and I already did it but the activation shows the code is not available on this application see image below.

the activation code I used is from the subscription in myKaspersky.

Thank you for posting back & re-stating the information, we do *understand*, however, the Kaspersky Forum / Community has no access to (your) private subscription information - Kaspersky support do, please log a request -> 如何联系我们的客户服务. (You) can speak with support about the refund at the same time.

“ Kaspersky Standard, Plus, and Premium do not require activation codes. After purchasing on the Kaspersky website, the subscription will be automatically added to your My Kaspersky account. The application will be activated automatically after you download and install it. "

Why @Berny

As far as we understand - Kaspersky have been limited in the new version release in Taiwan / China; Kaspersky Customer Service / Support will have all the *correct* information for him.
