You’re welcome. Please try with Malwarebytes not running in real time. If still no go, please try with Malwarebytes uninstalled. Any better?

Welcome. While your GSI report is being reviewed:
Please clean install the new version. Please uninstall KSC, restart the computer, do routine disk maintenance, such as defrag, disk clean up, etc, then download and install KSC 2021, restart, update databases, restart again. Any better after that? If still no go, please try with Malwarebytes configured on-demand only.

Welcome. When you install Kaspersky, Windows Defender will be disabled; then please check to make sure Windows Defender is disabled.

Please follow these instructions:
If you scan with Adwcleaner, please attach the detection log before you delete anything.

You’re welcome. Please first make sure that both the old and new activation codes are available to you. Option 2 is usually instructed by Kaspersky Lab, but I like option 1. If you decide to go with option 1, you don’t need to keep the old license information in your registry.
-
What I like to do is wait until about one day before licence expires, then enter new activation code.
Also, I like to disconnect from internet, uninstall old version > restart > install new version > connect to internet > make sure current activation code is applied, back up current activation code on MyKaspersky > update databases > restart > double check databases are updated again > restart again.

0.75 TB of material can take 20 hours to scan, maybe. Subsequent scans should be faster.

As Anton Mefodys asked, please detail describe the evidence that indicates that “deactivated” is happening. As shown by what? How can you tell it is deactivated?

Welcome. How slow is it? Weeks? Days? Hours? How large is your drive? How much drive space is used? Please tell us something about your system and its specifications.

In addition to what andrew75 instructs in the post located directly above this post,
F12 to English is Not designed to be permanent. That function is designed to be temporary, by design. The purpose of that function is so that global Tech Support can receive screenshots of the Kaspersky application in one localization, instead of many localizations.
