Welcome. At first glance, it looks like Kaspersky is telling you that SolidWorks can possibly maybe be misused. Or maybe its a false positive. Or maybe your installation od SolidWorks is not from the original, authorized source, and maybe the installation file has been modified.
If you downloaded Solidworks from the authorized source, you should be all ok/fine/good.

Welcome. The first two items: Please do a Windows Disk Cleanup > Cleanup system files > Windows Update cleanup. This should delete the first two objects.
The other two items: Those are on your factory restore partition, so you can ignore those.
None of these are related to any downloads nor related to any web surfing.

I am glad that the issue is resolved, but I think the issue is related to registry error or file error, instead of being related to timing of activation subscription. Please contact Tech Support for this issue if it occurs again.

Your screenshot shows that your Kaspersky application settings are password protected, and that you need to enter your Kaspersky application password in order to change your Kaspersky application settings.
