Kaspersky interface language can't be changed to English
richbuff replied to a topic in Kaspersky Free
Also, the purpose of the Shift+12 switch from various localizations to English: This is not to enable English users to download any localization and use English. Instead, this feature was designed to enable various tech support technicians to view screenshots in English, when many different localizations are being used and screenshots need to be sent to Tech Support technicians. :) -
can multiple user licenses be stacked? [Closed]
richbuff replied to sof006's topic in Kaspersky Internet Security
Multiple user license run concurrently, not consecutively. Please do not renew early, renewals start to count time upon purchase, last I heard. Licenses are marketed to be used, not to be warehoused. If you buy a Kaspersky license and do not activate it, it will be good for three (3) more product versions in the future. This information can change, but still, licenses are marketed to be used, not marketed to be warehoused. -

Also, in addition to what Caos indicates in the post located above this post, Please describe how, why it is a malware. What is it doing to your computer? Does Kaspersky detect it? You can uninstall keepvid, and clean up your computer, as below: Kaspersky Settings > Additional > Threats and exclusions > Detection types > enable Detect Other Software. and do a databases update > reboot, then do a scan. Clear the contents of your Temp folder, instructions: http://support.kaspersky.com/1161 and then reboot. After that, uninstall any recently installed junk > reboot. After that, uninstall any and all junk toolbars > reboot. Uninstall/disable any and all junk browser add-ons and extensions and plugins in all of your browsers. Remove the junk argument from the target field of the browser shortcut properties. Remove any and all junk search providers in all of your browsers. Then if need be, change your home page, in all of your browsers. How to clean up your browsers: http://support.kaspersky.com/us/viruses/solutions/10319 If you are using a router, reset the router, change the router password to a strong password, enter the correct information according to your internet providers instructions, then clear browser cache and cookies, reboot. Any better after that? -
