  1. Еще вчера у меня тоже этих галочек не было. А еще до этого, как уже писал, несколько раз вываливалась та ошибка. С поддержкой связывался, написали что принудительно отключили эти настройки и мол скоро вернут. Вот походу сегодня вернули, только снова сломанные. Можно конечно попробовать переустановить продукт, как делал раньше, но где гарантии что опять это г… не вывалится? Проще уж вообще с концами KIS удалить и на другой продукт перейти, раз за столько месяцев эту проблему решить не могут.

     

    Because Tech support say : there is a bug in Safe Money and will be fixed soon with database update (not patch). 

  2. Смешно видеть как ЛК пытается сбагрить этот баг на Майкрософт. Уж если обделались в отображением статуса виртуализации в своем продукте, так признайте это. Еще когда 20 на стадии Бета была, отправляли этот баг тестеры, а воз и ныне там. Кстати, в 2019 версии никогда такого бага не возникало. Вот и у меня сегодня, причем уже не первый раз, вылезло уведомление о неработающей виртуализации, хотя около полугода до этого работало всё отлично.

     

    смешно, как у меня нет виртуализации!!!! :D :D core i7 8700K VT разрешено!!!!!
     


     

  3. I have used Kaspersky for 10 years and had no major issues until I moved to Windows 10, after which this issue arises every few weeks. The first couple of times I raised a ticket but supplying all the info Kaspersky need to assist is very time consuming so after a while I gave up doing this. The issue invariably clears up when they next issue a patch and in the meantime I just manually update every day. So, if you value your time you might want to just do this - when I did raise tickets they were unable to find anything wrong at my end and ended up telling me that the patch would sort it, so all my efforts were pointless.

    The problem is though that sometimes manually updating doesn’t work either, and I am in that situation right now.

    My subscription is about to expire and I cancelled my auto-renewal earlier in the year due to these repeated issues. After 10 years with Kaspersky I am reluctantly moving to another product as it just doesn’t seem to work properly with Windows 10 and has been very high maintenance over the last 12 months.

    Windows 10 have a lot of problems as operating system..

    I had similar problem with WinRAR kaspersky offers version 5.70 but in same time when kaspersky offers this version on rarlab website was released version 5.80.
    Also K-Lite codec...
    There is a problem with checking really checking last version of programs….
    Kaspersky must enhance this or remove this update feature.


    I never updating via kaspersky…

    Is there a possibility to test the issue with KIS 2021 beta (https://eap.kaspersky.com/)? Does the issue persist in this case?

    I test in a VM Windows Insiders fast ring and other programs but I think that will use a Security’s Solution in beta level isn’t recommended. Can I use a beta without a licence in a VM?

    Yes it is not recommended but it is virtual machine not REAL system :) and in virtual machine you can do whatever you want…

    And Yes beta version you can activate for FREE (beta keys) or click on activate trial.

    Welcome.

    Similar problem i have with virtual machines and kaspersky have also problem with safe money (there is a bug) and KL engineers must turn off one feature that enabling virtualization technology in program kaspersky. 

    This wiil be fixed few weeks with database update probably or with next patch (j).

    And also in past i can not use virtual machine if virtualization technology is enabled in kaspersky because must use only in one product - vmware (for example) or kaspersky...

  7. Okay so last uninstall via control panel save only license data, program settings etc uncheck do not save program settings only license.. .

     

    Then download Kavremover and follow steps on web site for completely remove kaspersky, then do restart and clear temp files a guide how to clear temp files.

     

    After that install kaspersky do database update and restart PC check the problem now.

    IF still is there is a problem then contact tech support open ticket on https://my.kaspersky.com
